About two years ago I asked for my sister, Jazz. And so I got her, but in pieces. Not all of her was found, so we had to improvise. My mom had to help me put her back together. Today is the day we finally wake her up. We even got her toy bear (A/N idk the name of the thing) for her. I look at her motionless body, wondering why she isn't moving. Waiting days on end, not even a puff of breath. After the third day, I decide to ask the moon. "Hey Manny?" I ask, wondering if he will answer. "Yes child?" I hear in my head. Staring at the moon, I question, "Why won't she wake up?" I sound like a kid. "What does a big sister crave most from her younger sibbling in their time of need?" Was his reply. "Why must you answer in riddles?" I think for a moment, pondering the meaning of his words. Then, almost as if it struck me in the face, I jump up and rush to Jazz's side. Why did it take this long! Ah, I'm so dumb! When I reach her still body, I reach over and pull her close to me. "Hey Jazz, it's time to wake up." I whisper, hugging her tighter. Then, after what feels like decades (really only like a minute) I feel her move. "HEY MOM! GET OVER HERE! SHE'S AWAKE!" I shout to her, starteling her awake from her shadowy corner. She swiftly glides over to us. Leaning over Jazz on the other side, she quickly scoops her out of my arms and into a hug. I scoot back and let my mom have a moment alone with her. She's finally back...
