Chapter 7- Oh Elder Gods

I was sad when lunch was over. It was very enjoyable with the girls. I hope that someday we all have a sleepover. We all compared our schedules and I found out that I have the last two more classes with Skarlet, two more classes with Jade, one more class with Frost, and one more class with my sister.

Well at least I will have my friends in my last classes. I was happy about that. We all said our good-byes, except for Skarlet and I, who have the same next class. "I'm glad that you are in this class with me!" She exclaimed. I don't understand how she is always excited, but I love it! "To give you a head's up with who else being in this class. You will not believe it! Scorpion and Ermac will be there!" She whispered-shouted. I grew a little bit more excited.

We were walking down the halls to the classroom we are suppose to be in.  Which was Science, BTW.

We both walk into the classroom and I I instantly see the main person I didn't want to see. Li. F**king. Mei. My good facial expression completely turned sour. I have only been to this school for half a day and I already hate her. I turned to Skarlet. "Oh and I forgot about her." She had the same sour expression.

Li Mei didn't turn around yet to see me. Too busy talking to her friends.
"Uh, excuse me." I heard a familiar male voice behind me. I turned around and saw that I was now face to face-face to chest, with Hanzo. I held my breath in as my heart beat faster.

"Oh, hi new girl. I didn't know you had the same class as me." He greeted with his eyebrows raised and a smirk on his face. I backed up a little, since we were so close. "Oh, y-yeah." I stuttered followed by a nervous laugh. All of a sudden, someone pushed me out the way.

"Babe! You're here!" Li Mei literally jumped on him and started to kiss him. Hanzo looked kinda uncomfortable. "You saw me not too long ago. Calm down." He told her. I really think Li Mei was trying to make me jealous. I kinda was, but it was her  boyfriend and I'm not one who just steal someone else boyfriend. Even if she is the bitch that she is.

I backed away and turned to Skarlet. She was sitting down. I noticed that Ermac was sitting right behind her. I smiled. I sat down beside a red-faced Skarlet. I giggled.

"What's so funny?" She asked nervously and quietly. "Why didn't you tell me that he sit-." I tried to ask, but she quickly put a hand on my mouth to muffled the rest of my words. "I know. I know." She whispered. Her cheeks were rosy red. I giggled. I turned around to look at Ermac. He was reading a book and looked deep in thought.

I turned back around to face forward. The teacher just walked in. He was bald with a lot of weird tattoos on his skin. He actually kind of creeped me out. Hanzo and Li Mei stopped hugging, which was very relieving. Li Mei went to her seat, while giving me the stink eye.

I rolled my eyes. I turned back to Skarlet. "It's like-already close to the second semester. Why are you still so nervous to sit in that seat?"I whispered to her curiously. Skarlet looked at me and then nodded her way to behind me.

I looked behind me to see Hanzo seating there beside Ermac. Of course they would, they are best friends. I felt my face heat up and nervousness started to kick in.

The teacher, then began to start the class. I was a little surprised that this teacher actually let us sit beside each other.

However, I spoke too soon. "You. New girl. I haven't picked a seat for you yet." The ugly bald teacher stated. I panicked. I didn't know anyone else in this class.

He thought to himself for a moment. Scanning across the class. "You are to sit right there. For the rest of the school year." I looked at where he pointed at. Was I this unlucky? He was pointing to the seat right beside the girl I already disliked.

I heard her groan in frustration, which I wanted to do, but I was raised to always obey the teacher. I got up with all my stuff and slouched to the seat beside her. I set my stuff under the table and put my chin in my hand, thinking over how worst this year would probably be.

I could no way in the world be with a girl I didn't really like and all these chemicals. That's a death wish. Things could never get better.

"We are to be working with highly dangerous chemicals." It's like the teacher want to kill me.
