Night 5:
All you do is execute Smack. As you bring him up to the scaffold, he protests his innocence to the very end. You notice Pent eyeing you with a malcontent and depressed look. as you bring Smack up. Shelby is hugging Pent with a worried expression. You seem unsure about your actions, but you carry on.
As you hang Smack there, you realize that was the wrong move.
Smack's role was the watchman.

Morning 5:
You take your reports and check them over. Gilmore and Smack are currently deceased. More strangers are dead. It seems this murderer is taking things slowly--- with their friends, that is. You received a messy note from Pent that has a scratchy font to it. Seems he was mad when he wrote it.

The paper is fragile and wrinkled. Did he cry on it?
