Zara's POV

I take out some cucumbers and some other sandwich ingredients before starting to toast the bread. I slice the cucumbers and let my mind wander about the name Laila. Laila was on that backpack. The trainers who trained me however, always called me Zara. So why was Laila written on it? My name was always Zara... Right?

"Z! Zara!" I snap out of thinking and hiss as I accidentally slice my finger.

"Shhh, let me get the first aid! What's wrong? You were completely out of it for five minutes!" Vicky runs around before finding the first aid.

"Vicky, I think... Never mind, I'm just being silly. Ignore me. Now can you please go get the mayo and put some in a bowl and squeeze some lemon into it?" I sigh and she hesitantly agrees, not questioning me further.

Both of us finish up lunch and place the sandwiches on plates and arrange vegetables and such around the sandwich. Ally walks in and makes some lemonade since it was pretty hot out today and suggested we eat at the picnic area outside that is coming up. As Ally and Vicky figure out the last of lunch, I go to wake up the lads. They were still in the same positions somewhat. I look over at Louis and smile at his little pout. But then I look over at Zayn. Something flashes in my mind of a little boy about the age of five chasing after me in a backyard, yelling, "Laila, I'm coming to catch you!" And I giggled and tripped over a stick but didn't feel the hard ground, yet soft arms. Looking up he smiles and whispers, "I will always be here to catch you."

I smile at the memory. The little boy was about three years older than me. I remember playing with him. We were so close.... Wait... Laila? I was the little girl so that means I am Laila? I frown and try to remember something else but can't bring anything up. Frustrated with myself, I stomp over and wake up the boys.

"Wake up! Lunch is ready!" I scream and they all shoot up from their spots.

"FOOD!" Niall yells and dashes down the hall.

Harry and Louis gradually get up and run after him. Liam looks at Zayn and mouthes something before following suit. Zayn shrugs and gets up to fold his balnket. I push him against a bunk and whisper, "How do you know Laila?"

His eyes widen at my behavior before furrowing his eyebrows, "Laila was my next door neighbor and best friend as a child. You know her?"

Sighing I say, "If Laila ever falls.."

He finishes, "Her Majnu will always catch her."

Tears spring to my eyes and I throw myself into his arms. His arms wound my waist and pull me close to him as he sobs into my neck.

"Laila! Where were you?" Zayn weeps and I shake my head, "I don't know, Zayn. They just took me and brainwashed me or something. I forgot my name!"

"Shhh, it's okay. I'm right here. I'll always catch you, Laila." Zayn comforts me as I hiccup through my cries.

"Hey, guys, what's- oh." I pull away to see Vicky standing there awkwardly.

"Look, it isn't what it looks like. We just-" Vicky cuts Zayn off with, "I won't tell Louis or Perrie."

With that she walks off. I look at Zayn who is running his hand through his hair roughly.

"Shhh, I'll explain to her soon. It's okay!" I whisper and Zayn looks at me with his honey brown eyes before nodding and guiding me to the kitchen.

Ally hands Zayn a plate before dragging me to the side, "What's going on? You know, Simon's orders! Stick with your guy!"

"Listen, I was not assigned A guy.. I was assigned THREE. So I am doing my job! And what Vicky saw was just the worng timing! I found out something about my past! Zayn and I grew up together! My name was Laila before not Zara, and I was brainwashed at the training place." I ramble and Ally looks at me stunned.

"Wow, that's a lot. At least, you found out some thing about yourself. I have this feeling that the little boy I always see is near me, but I don't know where!" Ally sighs and then we hear Louis yell for us to come eat.

Sighing we go off to eat.

"We'll talk this later, okay?" I whisper and she nods.
