Umeki Usagi / Cure Plum: A main protagonist of the series. Usagi, or called by her friends, "Usa-Chan" or sometimes, "UsaUsa" is a charismatic girl who loves fairytales, plays and performing puppet shows for her three younger sister's who are currently in kindergarten. Her family owns a popular restaurant. She transforms into Cure Plum.
Shino Shizuka / Cure Harmony: A good friend of Usagi. Shizuka is a very polite and graceful girl who many named "Perfect Hime", in addition to so, Shizuka lives in a rich family. She loves tea cafes. Shizuka is although dreadfully afraid of both spiders and jellyfish. She transforms into Cure Harmony.
Inuie Mamoru / Cure Protector: Third Cure to join the team. Mamoru's mother and father own a large animal shelter called "Pawful Love~♡". She had recently been placed in Usagi and Shizuka's class, and after instantly became friends with them. Mamoru although has a habit of falling asleep when bored, usually when she's in the middle of a conversation, tunes the person or people out and instantly dozes off. She transforms into Cure Protector.
Mikanki Emily / Cure Apricot: The student council president who loves learning and is in the top three. Emily although wonders what is would be like to be the "Average Juane". She secretly loves to bake and is only one of her secret talents. She transforms into Cure Apricot.
Cure Guardian: A mysterious Cure who is set to debut later on in the series. Her theme color is blue.
Cure Sunrise: A mysterious Cure who is set to debut later on in the series. Her theme color is yellow.
