Main Characters:
Kaz Brekker: 17 years old. Dark past. Best criminal around. Hides all emotions to the point of my romantic heart being annoyed with him. Unpredictable. Incredibly experienced in many aspects.
Nina Zenik: Heartrender. Flirts a lot. Very sweet. Loyal.
Inej Ghafa: My favorite! Troubled past. Called "The Wraith". Acrobat turned criminal. Climbs things super well.
Matthias Helvar: Either "I want to kill you" or "I want to kiss you" mood. Really strong. Eager for revenge.
Jesper Fahey: Sharpshooter. Always cracking jokes. Flirts a lot.
Wylan (can't say last name): Sweet. Wants to be treated as an adult. Makes bombs. Adorable.

Writing:
I like the writing, and I can't think of much wrong with it. I think it flowed well and wasn't too hard to read. She's a good writer and has a good mix of traveling and talking and action and fighting. This book switches perspectives of the different characters and also has occasional flashback chapters. I liked the variety, and the characters were all likable enough that you weren't usually skimming through one specific character every time they had a chapter to get to someone else.

Warnings/Cautions:
~One of the characters used to be in a pleasure house, but it's not described in too much detail
~Lots of violence and some gory descriptions
(Minor) ~Some seemingly gay characters

Overall Opinion:
This is a great book! I really liked how much work the author put into her characters: forming complex background for each of them and formulating the backgrounds into how they reacted to certain things and their morals and what talents they had. I recommend this book, definitely.

Favorite Quote(s):
"Many boys will bring you flowers. But someday you'll meet a boy who will learn your favorite flower, your favorite song, your favorite sweet. And even if he is too poor to give you any of them, it won't matter because he will have taken the time  to know you as no one else does. Only that boy earns your heart."
-Inej's father, Six of Crows, pg. 136
