June 12, 2017, no classes because we celebrated Independence Day by remembering and saluting our heroes and their heroic didst.

The day after that, we tackled our lesson in english which was all about graphic organizers. Our English Teacher, Ma'am Angelique B. Castillo, gave us some of the basic examples of graphic organizers such as concept maps, matrices, plot structures and venn diagrams, which she mentioned last Thursday when we started the introduction about our second lesson.

Journalism was our closing lesson for the week and also our second lesson in English for the whole school year. We all know that the root word of journalism is journal, which came from the latin word Diurna having the meaning daily. Daily is obviously the main basis of journalism. The latest scoops about popular people and places, odd news, dramatic tragedies and other timely and relevant things. Journalism can offer you more in the sense that you can either relate to the content or the content of the content. You can relate to the story, the scoop and also to the Journalist and the character. The contents can make you fume in anger, jump in excitement, dance in too much happiness, cry your eyes out in sadness and many more. I never saw Journalism the way I see it now. I now know that Journalism is very important physically because you can be fit by following some adds related to health, emotionally because having someone we can relate to gives us relief and mentally because there is a part of campus publications which can test our minds.
