For this week, we became busy with our report. We made visual aids and some components for the activity we will give to our classmates. 2 groups already reported and it went well because we were given high grades. I must say, the sacrifice was all worth it.
Exploring the Deep was the first group's topic. They explained how and why the Bathysphere, Bathyscaphe, Trieste, and Alvin (Vessel) were made. We were also given activities to test us if we did learn a thing or two from them.
The topic for the second group or our group was about the Ecological Balance. We gave informations, some further explanations, and examples regarding the food chain. Like the first group, we also gave activities wherein they actually enjoyed.
We also watched a video about HIV. The video contains informations on how we can and can't get infected by HIV. It also shows how the infected and non-infected people react with each other. I can say that it really affects how a person thinks of himself/herself. It causes depression not only to the infected one but also to those who love that person. They'd start blaming themselves because they weren't able to help that HIV-infected person ease the pain. After watching it, we made a feature article and we passes it on Friday. We didn't have English classes for the last 2 days of the week.
