Since there were no classes last Monday, we were able to rest even for just a day 'cause we also have other priorities aside from studying.

We had an assessment test last July 27. All of our tests are important but this is one of the most important tests. This is done to know if we can still remember some of the topics our teacher taught us last school year and also for us to know if we improved by comparing our scores to the score we will have when we take our post test.

'The Express' is a poem written by Stephen Spender. This poem is about the train. We were grouped into 6 and we shared our thoughts to the class regarding the poem.

Last Thursday and Friday were super hot. We had power interruptions and the sun's heat was torturing us. Our teacher even said that 'It's Fryday!' even though it was only Thursday and she also mentioned it the day after that 'cause it was scorching! We were very thankful 'cause we played a game wherein we enjoyed and learned.

Our teacher also introduced our new topic in Journalism, which was about the News. It's parts, the headline, lead and body, contains timely and relevant informations shared to an audience via print, broadcasting and internet media. You can cut the least important news to make it short but never remove the summary lead and non-conventional lead.
