Let me introduce myself. My name is Jessi Sheedan. I'm an 18 year old freshly graduated senior, on my way to college with my best friend. We packed up my blue GT 500 Mustang Ford and are headed to Los Angeles, California from our small nameless town.
We've been best friends since first grade and now we are roommates too. Now, I know what you're thinking. How can a girl and a guy be roommates? Especially without anything happening *wink, wink* Well, I know nothing will happen. He definetly doesn't like me like that.

"Are you getting hungry?" Derrick said. We've been on the road for three hours now.
"Yeah. When should we stop Derrick?" I replied. I let him drive because I didn't really feel up to it. An eight hour road trip is too long for me.
"Whenever you want to princess." I smiled at his nickname for me. We used to joke around that I was the princess he would have to save when he became a brave prince, and it stuck ever since.
"How about in another half an hour? Its going to get dark soon so we should find a hotel to stay in too." I wanted to get there fast but I didn't want to risk driving when it was too dark.
"Okay. Look up some hotels and a restaurant princess." I giggled at his response causing him to chuckle a little too. I looked up a couple hotels and found a Best Western near a TGI Friday's about 3 miles away.
"Oh Derrick, I found a TGI Friday's and a Best Western!" He knows that TGI Friday's is my favorite restaurant so he just chuckled and mumbled an okay.
