It shows that Stiles took some pills from one of his hidden safety boxes (is that what it's called? lol) Derek, Stiles is going to kill himself, okay?! The pills he took can easily put a werewolf to sleep within just a couple of seconds. If he swallows those pills, it's not going to end like Cinderella. A true loves kiss can't wake him up. He'll die. Derek, please come back. I can't do this by myself. I'm not the alpha. I'm freaking out and it feels like I can't fucking breath. Please, come back
