I get on the helicopter last I decide to look back over the city I once love3d, here I leave behind my parents, my friends, and Mario.....Six feet under...evryone on the helicopters leaves someone behind alone underground. Cloe and Saphina leave behind their parents and siblings.Oluchi and Chinwendu leave behind their brother and parents. Emani leaves behind her whole family. Keara leaves behind her family as well. this is a bitter ending. we all leave someone we love dearly. this hurts us now but this makes us closer than we have ever been before.
"Alexa?" I hear someone say snapping me out of my trance
"Yes?"I respond
"Time to go," they say walking closer to me I take a moment to assess what I've done. I realize I was holding up the helicopter that Turo and I were going on. I sigh for the thirtieth time today as I walk away from the crumbled city beneath me. I interlock hands with Turo and walk to the helicopter and climb in I take the seat on the right side as I'm strapping myself in I see the other helicopters now in the distance I take a deep breath and pray. I need something to go right this next month it's true what people say. your life can change in an instant. as I finish praying I hear the doors close and close my eyes, this is going to be a long flight...
