A small frame girl sat silently crying. For two reasons a.) she lost someone very dear to her & b.) she was lost in the forest. Her long brown hair framed her gently and her large green eyes made her look younger than her actul age of 17... then again maybe she was younger. She wore an old red cloak that hung loosely all the way to her ankle. She looked around her suroundings.Thick lush green trees and wildlife crawled all around.

'How, how am I going to get you back? You must be so lonely. I am so so sorry sister. Please for give me.' She thought.

He was wondering thorugh the forest when he heard soft sobbing. Curiosity killed the cat and its about to kill him, whether he knew it or not.He started to follow the sad sound, letting his soft spot for hurt animals get to him.Wind softly blew his shaggy blonde hair across his bright sky blue eyes. His alert seneses sensed a sent of sweet vallina and spice. Then he saw her.Her small body engulfed by a worn red cloak. She hadn't even noticed him yet as he slowly aproched her.He stopped about 3 feet away from her and knelt down to his knees.

She looked up at him as he knelt down before her.He had blonde hair that hung loose around his ears and wore jeans with a plain white shirt that had a jean jacket over it and wore black converse.Startled she tried to back away but the tree behind her prevented from escaping. She stared at him not knowing what else to do.

"Hey are you okay?" he asked. She gave a very small shake of her head saying yes, but he new better.

"You sure? Cause you don't look like it." he said half-heartedly.

'Jhheess thanks' she thought, she knew her eyes were puffy and red. She stared at him wondering why he came to see if she okay.

"Hey my name is Jackson. What's yours?" Jackson said trying to change the mood and subject.

"It-ts Val-len," she croaked out of her swollen throat.

"Cool, hey um are you lost?" Jackson asked.

Vallen looked embaressed at her feet. She nodded.

'Just as I thought' Jackson thought. "Hey why don't you come with me and we'll get you fixed up. Then get you home. Hmmm."

Vallen nodded. Shakely she got up with the help of Jackson. Together they walked down the dirt path. Jackson noticed that she was in some shock. Thank God he had found her, just trying to imagen a bad man 'helping' her made him shiver. What would have been worse would have been if the bad man a rouge wolf. He thanked his and her lucky stars.

Before our young hero saved our lovely heroine he was on his way to a Clan meeting (were-wolf one I might add). His adviser is going to kill him, despite him being Cheif (yes, you read that right our hero is Chief of a clan, read again of you must). Terror struck though him as he remebered the first time he was late to a meeting, but this time he an excuse...

Vallen felt him shiver and glanced up at him (side note: he is 6'3 and she is 5'3, cute hieght difference right?). She tilted her head to the side, slowly she worked up the guts to ask what was wrong.Jackson looked at her with confusion but then realized she had felt him shiver.

"Oh its nothing, I just realized I'm late for something..."

"Oh...I'm sorry I have made you late...", Vallen said.

They walked in silence for the rest of the way. Finally they arrived to a small village tucked away in the vast forest. It was a wooden built village with old age interwired with modern technology. A sence of unity, loyalty, and friendship. Vallen looked around in awe, a sense of safeness engulfed her. Jackson looked at her, enjoying her and how she reacted. A warm feeling sat in him fillling him up, yet he didn't know what it was.

"Jackson!! Where have you been! We had too start the meeting with out you!", a deep voice boomed causing both of them to jump.

Jackson sheepishly turned around only to be met with a face full of irritation and anger. Jackson's best friend and advisor stood in front of him glareing and waiting for an excuse. His tall frame stood to its full height and his green eyes were staring cold under his short black hair. He was intemedating.

Jackson laughed nervously, "Well I um I found a girl who needed my help and couldn't just let her sit there in agony Ethan!"

Ethan sighed glancing at the small burnette who stared right back. She looked faint and tired. Ethan frowned,"Maybe you should get her to the healer."

Jackson looked at her,"Maybe your right... Vallen follow me I have someone you should meet."

Vallen gave a slight nod. Jackson lead the way, winding through many houses. Finally they reached their destination, a large comfy house that dripped with warmth and had a red cross hanging above the covered porch. Vallen followed Jackson up to the door; she could hear someone bustleing around. Jackson knocked then opened the door to see a plump elderly woman rummaging through a closet. Vallen looked around, the inside mirriored the outside--medicle supplies lined the walls on shelfs and a couple of beds were pushed into the far left corner of the room. A set of stairs (also on the left side) led to the up-stairs rooms were she could hear the soft moaning of someone in pain.

"So what brings you here today Cheif?" asked the plump woman.

"Oh my uh um friend here needs some of your magic Roslen", Jackson said jerking  a thumb towards Vallen.

When did we become friends? We just met!, Vallen thought somewhat confuzed.

Roslen came up to Vallen placing both of her hands on her shoulders looking her up and down. Roslen nodded here and there mumbling to herself. Vallen wavered causing Roslen to frown. Pain suddlenly laced all around Vallen's head making her cry out in pian. She grabbed her head as flashes of pictures exploded in her mind. Flashes of her sister in a cave, of her calling out for Vallen, of her hurt and crying. Vallen couldn't take it any more. She finally collasped, her mind going blank, dark, and quiet.

This is Jackson's point of view from what just happened.

Jackson watched as Roslen checked Vallen. Vallen looked tired and faint. Her eyes had bags from what appeared to be from a sleepless night and her skin was pale, almost white. How had he not notice this before? Oh that's right he had been in his own little world when they had walked to the village, not really paying attention to her. Jackson saw Roslen frown, That's not good. Out of the blue Vallen cried out in agonizing pain. She clutched her hair as if it could make whatever go away. Her eyes were wide with fright and terror, frantically looking at the unseen. Jackson didn't know what to do, he made a move to help but she collasped into Roslen before he do any thing. Jackson was confuzed, What the hell just happen?
