In 4084, the country of Siselon has gone to shambles with the huge war against the combined powers of the only country that's still together today - Russia - as well as the broken up powers of Northern and Southern Ukraine, Germas, and Vesacon. Siselon has sided with the countries that were once making up France, Spain, Portugal, and the northwestern United States, which has now been broken up into regional factions and seceded from the rest of the factions. Siselon's rebel against the rest of the powers have led to its isolation and virtual instability. Riots have become so common, it becomes routine. Riots at ten, one, and four. In between those riots, the news reports on the war. Parts of Siselon are getting restless, and a group of kids meet in an unlikely riot situation, and they decide they're going to take matters into their own hands, finding and training kids under the streets of Siselon, turning them into soldiers that are determined to fight and win this war once and for all.
