In the Last Chapter:
Taehyung was trying to get closer to (y/n). He noticed that he still had feeling for Jiyeon and so he tries to get rid of them. When he goes to (y/n) to try and get closer to her, she doesn't take him seriously and doesn't believe that he really wants to get closer to her. Near the end of the chapter, Taehyung sees Jungkook talking to a mysterious person who Jungkook seems to really dislike.
Your POV:
"Hey (y/n)...do you ever get this feeling that you want to protect someone so badly. Like you want to keep them away from all the terrible things in this world. It's like all you want, is for them to be happy and safe. In your arms."
"Why do you ask Kookie? Wait... Do you feel that way about someone? Are you in love?"
"Yeah...I guess that's what it is."
"Can I ask who the lucky girl is?"
"I don't think it's time for you to know yet."
"Okay...then until the time comes for me to know, promise me that you'll pursue her. Protect her. Just like you want to. I'm sure that she'll appreciate it."
"What if she doesn't feel the same way about me?"
"That just means that you'll have to wait. Wait until you find, the one you should really be protecting."

"Taehyung!"
"Jiyeon...what do you want?"
"All I did was greet you! Why are you being so rude to me??"
"Just get to the point Jiyeon."
"I was just thinking that you could walk me home.."
"Why? Is Jungkook not here today?"
"He is but...I want to go home with you."
"What do you-"
JK: "Wait up (y/n)!"
TH: "(y/n)...HEY! (Y/N)! READY FOR ME TO TAKE YOU HOME!!"
YN: "Taehyung..."
JY: "Wait Taehyung. I thought you were going to take me home..."
TH: "I never said that I would. Besides, Jungkook is here now. Why don't you ask him to take you?"
JK: "Wow. Who said you could volunteer me-"
TH: "Ready to go (y/n)?"
YN: "Sure..."
Your POV:
'Ugh, this is so awkward! Why did he even want to walk me home if he wasn't going to say anything to me?!'
"I'm really glad that you didn't run away from me this time."
