Summary: There was a time when good and bad we're not black and white. Everything was gray and tan and it was impossible to determine evil and genuine charity.
It's not like that now. Doctors and psychiatrists have discovered how to separate your evil from your good. Every child is born a twin; one twin is kind, loving, and generous, the picture of perfect love.
The other child is evil, and greedy and murderous and cruel. The bad children are taken away from the town full of good honest people, and are shoved into factories and workshops, forced to do the work nobody else wants to do. They are evil. They don't deserve mercy, or compassion, because they've never shown it to anyone else.
But, why does crime still occur in the good parts of towns? Why do the "evil" twins share their beds, their food, their supplies? Nothing is as simple as black and white. Nobody is as simple a good or bad.
