Wings | Hinata × Reader

Before I start the chapter I have to say that even though your position is setter and your short, it isn't impossible. (there's been short setters) As long a setter touches the ball the most during the game, sets it up to other players, and can block readily, there really isn't a big emphasis on height. Although it always seems like you have to be tall to play volleyball, it just helps.

Sorry for anyone that got confused, but there can be undersized setters that do well. (I'm 5'2 and a half)

On to chapter 5! (I have no ideas this might just be a filler fml HELP ME)

"Hinata, what are you doing?" You asked, watching the orange haired boy take out tape.

You were lured to the volleyball club by Kageyama, who had such a scary expression you followed him in hopes you could not die.

When you arrived, it was empty except for Hinata standing in the middle with tape, a chair, and a burlap bag.

"U-Um why is no one talking?" You asked again, moving back from the two boys.

Kageyama picked up the bag, following behind Hinata. You yelped, covering your face.

"Help me...please." Then your mouth was taped. (Wth am I doing)

When Hinata and Kageyama arrived at the meeting place, they sat down the burlap bag that contained you. Asahi screamed, pointing at the bag.

"Y-You killed (l/n)!!!!" Asahi yelled, his soul slowly coming out from his body.

"Geez, did you guys have to put her in a bag? She's shaking." Suga mumbled, bending down to open the bag.

Daichi immediately grabbed the two boys and the rest gulped. "You two had the nerve to tape her mouth shut? This is supposed to be a surprise party!"

And then Daichi dragged the two into another room, slamming the door. Then the real punishment began.

Suga took the tape off your mouth carefully, smiling at you. He helped get the tape off your wrists and you jumped out of the bag.

"Let me leave! What the heck is this!" You yelled, backing towards the door. Yamaguchi came up with Tsukishima trailing behind.

"It was a surprise party for your birthday. You told me about it, remember?" He smiled at you shyly, and a scary expression crossed your face.

"Who told Kageyama and Hinata to tie up a girl and shove her in a burlap bag to take her to a surprise party for her birthday?" You mumbled, cracking your knuckles.

Asahi hid behind Nishinoya, who in turn hid behind Tanaka.

You noticed a sweat drop on the side of a certain blonde's temple, making you move towards him.

"Oh Tsukki...did you might have something to do with that?" His eyes widened, looking away from yours.

Before you could lunge at the blonde, Suga held you back as Daichi came out from the other room.

Kageyama and Hinata came out behind him, heads down. You couldn't help but let out a laugh, pulling Suga along with you.

"Just you wait! I'll kill both of you!" You screamed, trying to grab plates off a table. (don't hurt my little bumpkin)

"Please! I don't want to die! Not today!" Hinata yelled and hid behind Kageyama who shook in his spot. (hey not not today)

After the guys calmed you down, you sat by Yamaguchi who actually didn't seem scared of you. Tsukishima sat quietly and made no sudden movements. Asahi sat by Daichi and made no eye contact.

It was indeed your birthday today, but after being stuffed in a bag, it was almost ruined. Suga brought out a cake and sat it down for you. You smiled at the candles and nudged Yamaguchi, who smiled back at you.

"Happy Birthday (l/n)!" They all sang and you blew out the candles, waiting for the cake to be cut. You were starving.

After eating cake you decided to open some presents. Picking up a light one, you opened it to find a dinosaur plush. You already knew it was from the blonde that was now sweating profusely.

"Thanks Tsukki. Nice choice."

Grabbing another one, you opened it to find a card that said "One Free Hug! - From Asahi" And a coupon to your favorite restaurant.

Your eyes lit up, before reaching over and squeezing the big bear alive. "Thank you Asahi, you're the best!"

He blushed and looked away before mumbling a you're welcome.

You finally got to your last one, which was in a bag. Taking the tissue paper out, you picked up an album that was by your favorite artist/group on it. A limited edition album that was signed. (BTS ALL THE WAY)

Struggling to hold back the tears you read the tag that said "From Your Sunshine! ☀️"

"Oh my god. HOW DID YOU GET THIS!" You lunged at Hinata and wrapped your arms around him, crying.

"I love (whoever)! Thank you!" All the guys smiled at your response, watching as you held Hinata tighter.

His face was as red as a tomato.
