3 - Geometry is Wild

Finally. The bell rang and chemistry was over. I couldn't bare listening to most of the girls in the class. All they did was try to flirt with the teacher!

"Hey, you okay Y/N?" Celica put her hand on my shoulder.

"Well, I'm just," I sighed. "I'm very tired."

"Those girls were super loud and quite distracting, so I can see why." Celica said. "Don't pay any mind to them. You do you."

"Aw, thank you." I smiled. Gods, Celica was so sweet to me. No wonder why Alm was around her so much.

"No problem! Anyways, it's time to get to class. Where you heading?" Celica asked.

"Geometry... ugh.." I sighed.

"Haha, you really ARE tired!" The pinkish-haired girl joked. "Geometry is down that hallway, and then take a right."

"Thanks a bunch, Celica." I nodded.

"Don't mention it. Good luck on your first day!" With that, she headed the opposite direction.

I got into my geometry class. An awkward silence was in the room. The desks were arranged in a horseshoe shape, leaving the big space in the middle for the teacher to walk around.

There was only one kid who was in there before me. He had short blonde hair accompanied by a black headband. He was also wearing a gray button up shirt and black skinny jeans, with spotless white vans. He looked like an intellectual. He stayed quiet and immediately took out his books and highlighters.

"Might as well make acquaintances with him."

I shyly walk towards his desk and sit one seat away from him, to his right. He gave me an odd look.

"H-Hi, I'm Y/N," I said. "I... I like your outfit!"

The blonde looked up at me, his brown orbs scanning my awkward expression. "Thank you. It's nice to meet you. I'm Leo." He said with a monotone voice. "I'm looking forward to being your peer this year." He turned back and opened his notebook, revealing neatly compiled papers.

"Wow, you're very organized." I stated. He nodded and did a small grunt.

"It helps me visually." He said.

After the small talk with Leo, more people got inside the room. Shortly after, the bell rang. The teacher closed the door.

Suddenly, a loud banging on the door was heard. Outside the door's window was a boy with silver hair put in a ponytail. He had headphones around his neck and it seemed like he was wearing name brand clothing. The trendy stuff.

"Damn it!" The boy yelled through the glass. "I'm only late by 10 seconds! Lemme in!"

The teacher sighed and opened the door. The boy walked in, his hair swaying from side to side. He walked over to the empty desk in between Leo and I. He took out a laptop decorated with stickers and turned it on. Leo then looked at him, a disappointed look on his face.

"What are you looking at?" The boy sneered. Leo huffed and clicked his pen.

"Okay, now that we have everyone," The teacher rolled her eyes. "It's time to take attendance. Sit up and introduce yourself when called. But before that, I'll introduce myself first." She stated.

"I am Ms. Miriel. I will be your geometry teacher for this semester. A reminder that I shall not allow slacking off."

Ms. Miriel went ahead and sat down in a chair nearby. She got out her clipboard and started marking off names. Many students later, she finally got to your side of the desks.
