When we get inside and get seated we all look over the menu in silence. After ordering our drinks and food we all wait for one to speak.
"I'm going to miss you guys, this has been fun," I say to Jack and Avery.
"We'll come back. I'm going to miss you two also." Avery frowns.
"What do you have to do when you get back?" Reece asks.
"Well the fair is next week and Lauren is excited. Then the week after that we're going on vacation," Jack explains.
"Where are you guys going?"
"Arizona, his idea," Avery says, pointing to her husband.
"I like Arizona."
"I like the beach." We laugh at Avery's comment.
"Aunt Elena, can I stay with you?" Lauren asks.
"I'm sorry, but no."
"Why not?"
"Well because then your mom and dad would miss you," I reply.
"But you curl my hair, pretty my face, let me run in the house." She makes us all laugh. She's too cute.

After eating we head back to the house. We all change into our swimming gear and head outside. I love night swimming.
It's only nine o'clock and Avery told me they planned on leaving around midnight.
Lauren is the first one to get in, followed by Reece and then Jack. Avery and I decide to join as well. We all float around the water taking in the quietness.
"This is nice, we need a pool," Avery states.
"We don't use ours as much as you think," Reece says.
"What?! I'd be in this everyday," She says.
I love swimming, but I just don't find the time to get in. When we first moved in we both used the pool a lot, but now that's died down.
I don't work, but I am looking for a small job. I don't what yet, but it'll come.
It always does.
