Chapter 1

Levi sat on his horse looking out into the forest the sun was setting and the only soldiers up were himself and Hanji, he huffed at the constipated look on the others face.

"What is your problem shitty glasses?"

They sighed and clutched their horses mane,

"I wanna goooooooo!"

They pout at him and he glared back at them, his face was saying no, but his eyes were also saying no, Hanji gave no fucks of course and took of leaving the man with no option but to follow his friend.

Levi rode his horse along trying to keep up with Hanji, as they moved along and off the normal path that the past 53 expeditions had carved out of the earth, as they derived into the trees Levi expected his hyper friend to run after a simple seven meter, what Levi had not expected was for the so called scientist to come to a complete stop their horse giving a loud whinny and Hanji looked on in terror.
As Levi caught up he saw what Hanji had seen and let his mouth drop as well. A fifteen meter class Titan had wedged itself between two trees, the Titan paws at the dirt and whimpers as the trees dug into its raw sides with each breath, its beautiful Caribbean green eyes watched them with a sad and confused plead for aid and dropped its head to the ground.

"We need to help him!"

Hanji shouted jumping off their horse Levi turned to Hanji so fast his neck could have broken off.

"Help it!? We can't get close without it trying to eat us!"

Hanji of course didn't listen and moved over to the Titan leaving a short angry man screaming after her. The Titan watched them closely as they crawled up to his side and started hacking at the tree with the clean blade of their sword, Levi was left to stare at the Titan in confusion, the beast only looked back with an equal expression till the bark gave way enough for the large humanoid to rip itself free.

The Titan rolled back as soon as it was free and lays on the ground letting its sides heal, watching them carful as if expecting them to do something, the two scouts were toobshocked to do much of anything seeing how a Titan was weary of them, as if it knew the true purpose of the blades used to free it.

Levi narrowed his eyes and took a step forward, the Titans eyes widen and its pointed ears poked up, full attention was on the man as he took a few more steps, the Titan grew nervous, shifting to its legs and laying its ears flat, Levi huffed and walked right up to the creatures nose.

"Shadies will never believe us this time..."

Levi reached up and pat the Titans nose cautiously, the creature let out a series of strange noises in response and under the clicks Levi could hear the scratching of Hanji either writing or drawing. Levi let out the smallest chuckle before a distant roar could be heard.

The Titans pupils dilated to slits and it looked up and off towards the roar, after a long pause another roar came and the fifteen meter stood up. The Titans stepped over Levi before running off toward the noise like a lost little kid trying to find their dad.

"How did he get stuck?"

Hanji quietly questioned, Levi huffed and turned to Hanji.

"IT is a Titan and it got stuck because they are brainless"

Hanji glared back and Levi looked away, Hanji didn't have to say anything, that Titan obviously was not brainless. Levi got back on his horse and the two made the track back to camp their shock still written perfectly on their face. The other scouts said nothing, Levi climbed into his hammock and rubbed his face before looking up at the rising stars.

"The fuck just happened?"

Levi woke up in the middle of the night feeling eyes on him blinking his vision clear and sat up looking around, seeing nothing he sighed and lays back down before rocking his hammock until he felt eyes on him again, he slowly sat back up and glared around the camp till his eyes met a pair of glowing green eyes. Levi rubbed his own eyes in disbelief and when he looked up again he was definitely seeing green eyes from a shadow standing on the branch the foot of his hammock was tied to.

A hand reached out and grabbed onto the hammock before it was followed by another hand, the person climbed onto the hammock carefully but still making it rock violently. Levi was too shocked to do anything as the show pushed him down and lays on top of him cooing softly, the figures long greasy hair falling into Levi's face making him shift uncomfortably the being was a lot bigger than him no surprise there, they were also warm and comforting but the only thing that made Levi want to be physically sick was the smell of blood and raw meat coming off the person.

Levi tries desperately to get free but was pinned down completely, he listens to the other person, purr? The noise was strange to Levi, the rumble was deeper and louder then a cats purr, Levi reached his hands up and unbeknownst to himself started running his fingers through the strangers hair.

He shifted and his hand moved down the his new companions body. They were definitely male and quiet muscular, the stranger turned them both to the side and ran his probably dirty fingers through Levi's hair, the thought made the man squirm uncomfortably before pushing the hand away, Levi's companion chuckled rubbing Levi's back cooing.

"Its mein Kumpel zimperlich?"

Levi narrowed his eyes in confusion, he had never heard such nonsense babbled out before, as the full moon came out of the clouds Levi finally had the light he needed to looked over the other, he was shocked the see a man with dried blood over his face with shoulder length hair.

Levi's eyes widen and he ran his hands over the man's bare tan arms.

"What the fuck...."

He shook his head and closed his eyes, he knew that beef for dinner tasted wrong he took deep breaths and drifted off again, when he was woken at dawn by the others soldiers the man was gone and Hanji was talking to Erwin and the commander. Levi climbed down the hammock and ran over to join the conversation about the strange Titan they ran into yesterday.
