Truth

Luciana POV

I run out of the motel, praying that I left him in so much shock that I would get a head start. "Luciana come back here!" I hear behind me. So much for that head start. Sprinting into some sort of wooded area I'm quickly engulfed by tall oak trees. It feels like I've been running for hours but it's probably been minutes. My heart is pounding in my chest. I choked out my lungs trying to find oxygen soon engulfed by darkness I stopped fighting.

The loud sound of a slap echoed into my ear. I looked up too see deep blue staring back at me in shock, redness started to creep across his cheek from where I had slapped him.

It had only been a week since I ran into him at the park, yet here he was saying he loved me. My first reaction had been to slap him. He can't love me no one loves me my Mom and dad had left my alone to die of starvation when I was only nine years old. So they could enjoy the rest of their marriage without anything in the way. They had locked me in a bare room without any windows I slept on the cold floor desperately wanting someone to hear my pleas. I was found a week later and sent into foster care.

Now looking into this mans eyes I had my whole world in my arms. Fighting back tears I pulled him tightly into an embrace. I couldn't hold back tears anymore I sobbed into his shoulder gasping for air, "I love you too" Alexander grabs my chin forcing me to look up at him "Why are you crying?" Pain flashing across his face. My sobs had changed into slow streams "N-no one has ever cared about me." He gives the most caring kiss in the world giving me shivers down my spine. "I don't just care about you I love you"

I woke up bound to a bed post, struggling I tried to break free but it was no use the only way to bet out of beer would have been to someone else undo these bounds.

"Ugh" untie me Alexander!" I see him exiting the restroom "sleeping beauty awakens" he says a smirk on his face. "Alexander untie me this instant!" I yell."Not until you tell me why you keep running away!" I bite my bottom lip not sure if I should tell him the truth. "I have all the time in the world, so take your time" I stick my tounge out at him making him release a deep chukle. "I missed you" as soon as the words came out I wished for them the I wished for them back in. " I see him  visually relax his deep blue eyes soften. We stare into each others gazes I'm the first to look away feeling heat radiate of my body.

Alexander POV

I see her lying in the middle of the woods her cheeks are flushed and she looks a mess. I run to her tears in my eyes please let her be fine please let her be ok. I check her pulse and find a very slow but steady heart best. Letting out a sigh of relief I cry in there crook of her neck not sure what I would ever do with out her.
