"Great! can do!" said "I was born in Oklahoma and when I was 5 years old I moved to Germany for my dad's job. I stayed there til I was 10 years old. When I turned 11 we moved to New York, and been here in the big apple ever since." he said

"Ohh..umm nice." I said

"Want more?" he asked

"Okay so I met you in high school!" he said

Oh no. Is he?

"Robert?" tears rolled down my eyes

He smiled.

I stood up and my first action was to hug him. How couldn't I? After all he was one of my best friends. He was like a brother to me. I missed him soo much. I had so many questions for him, anout his life. I seriously needed to catch up with him.

I stood up and slapped him,

"HEY! what was that for?" he asked

I punched him in the arms several times.

"What is up with you?" he asked

"For not telling me right away. This one for leaving me. And this one for.."

"Clariss stop!" he grabbed both of my arms

"What?" I asked

"I understand your mad, but please let me explain." he said calmly.

I was mad. How dare he calm me? He had left without a note, without a goodbye. All these years!

"Look, I have to go. Can we talk later?" I said

"Sure.. where can I find you?" he asked

"Robert.. you know where I live."

"Right. Thanks."

And we parted ways.

I got home feeling very awkward for some reason. I called Asa, if we were going to get married we had to share our life now.

I dialed.

"Hey love!" he answered

"Hey, you got a sec? I want to tell you so bad but it has to be in person!" I told him

"Well if you insist, where do we meet?" he asked

"Meet me at the park!" I yelled

"Great! Love you!: he said

"I love you too!" I said

15 minutes later

I was sitting on the park bench, the cold breeze coming towards my direction. I kept thinking if I ahould tell him. I didn't understand. I was socertain at first, now I was doubting myself. Oh boy,, should I tell him?

At this point tears were rolling down my eyes. I looked up and he still wasn't here. Oh gosh, how embarrassing. Why was I acting so sentimental all of a sudden? My phone vibrated..

Oh hell no, it was Robert. I was not going to answer.

"Hey babe" Asa called me from a distance

He ran up to me, holding me up in the air,he hugged me. He put me down, stared into my eyes and smiled.

"I've got excellent news! You're going to love it!" He said
