Charlotte aged 17 and staying 17 for the rest of her life decided to deny the truth of what she was, a zombie, so she would do the same everyday tasks of her usual life. Eventually the time came for school, it was the first day of school, she was indeed a rotting corpse of the dead but her abilities were insane, she had agility and strength and she could control the element of water.
Charlotte started the day off at a whole school assembly the principal was droning on and on and just would not shut his yap she found it rather annoying. That was not all that was on her mind, the humans looked rather tasty since there flesh was fresh, but she decided she would not play the part of the monster she was. Finally the assembly was over she was placed in the class 11 B, in this class the teacher droned on as well about what was expected and what you have to achieve at school.
The morning was so far so boring got interesting fast, ‘hello Zombie’ it was a low whisper but only she could hear it, she looked around the classroom and found a vampire. ‘You’re a vampire’? ‘Of course I am otherwise I would not be talking to you, your rather pretty for a zombie’ he said rather seductively. ‘May I ask what your name is’ she said boldly ‘the name is Vincent its best to remember’ he said.
Recess felt rather long since she was hungry. Eventually the time came round for music class: she had to sing a song so she sung a short song:
‘I rip my inescapable fate to pieces and move forward’
‘Accepting the unavoidable reality within my heart’
‘I still dream for peace and tranquillity’
‘Betrayal and sorrow brace these weird uncertainties’
She finished the song; Vincent rushed into the classroom breaking a school rule in the process not that Charlotte cared. ‘The hunters are here’ Vincent said urgently, Charlotte did not understand but once they were in the forest at the back of the school did they hear gunshots being fired.
Charlotte felt fear and the anguish to live, Vincent had showed her how much she wanted to really live, and perhaps that is why she is undead.
From that day on she killed and became a murderer, she ended up falling in love with a Vampire and he too in love with her. Finally after 100 years of death she finished the short song she started
‘This is my life and this is how I choose to live it’.
