"are you kidding? she'll definitely fall for me."
"don't flatter yourself, jinyoung." i said and lightly pushed him out of my way.
"it'll work. ill get her flowers, a teddy bear, and a well decorated card."
"that's so cliché. plus girls don't even like flowers." i lied.
"girls love flowers. in fact i heard girls love anything romantic that their significant other does for them."
"you're so weird." i looked over at him.
"am not." he glared at me and i chuckled.
"when are planning to ask her out?" i asked, breaking the silence.
"since valentine's day is soon, i might ask her out then."
"i thought we were spending valentines together?" i asked, disappointed.
"oh yeah, about that-"
i grabbed his arm and made a pouty face.
"i'm really sorry, bomie."
"jinyoung." i whined.
"spend time with you or a pretty senior who's into me.. hmmm."
"you're such an asshole. i hate you."
"you know what, it's fine." i let go of him.
"what's fine?" he turned around to face me.
"ill just spend it alone again this year."
"okay cool, thanks." jinyoung said and smiled.
"no girl will ever be there for you like me, bae jinyoung."
"yeah i know, and i'm thankful for that."
"doesn't seem like it." i pouted.
"i am, trust me." he replied.
"yeah, yeah." i mumbled to myself.
"bye, love you. thanks for walking me home." jinyoung patted my head before walking into his house.
"love you too." i sighed. "only if you knew how much."
i turned around and started walking back to my house. it isn't that long of a walk, since i live very close.
i took out the paper that was in my pocket and crumbled it up.
