I was walking home from his work. I started working at the publishing company Akihiko published his books. After a long day of work I was glad to go home. Akihiko had called to ask if he needed to pick me up but I refused. I was walking home thinking about my life so far. Walking a little faster I passed a small playground. hearing the laughter from the children there I stopped to look for a bit. They varied from age 1 to 6 and they were all playing together. It made me smile even more. I turned my head away and started walking again. I made it home around six. "I'm home." I called out taking of my shoes and walking into the livingroom. Akihiko wasn't there to greet me. That was weird he was always here when I got home. Normally he would be all over me rambling about being out of Misaki and needing to charge up. It made me worry a bit so I stalked upstairs looking for him. I checked out bedroom first but he wasn't there. Then I checked every room until I came acros his workroom. Opening the door I sighed at the mess inside. I cleaned this room just yesterday. Walking in I saw Usagi-san asleep at his desk using his laptop as a pillow. Slowly making my way over careful not to trip over the books and papers scattered around the room I gently shook his awake. "Usagi-san, please sleep in your bed. You will get a back ache if you sleep like this." I said. Akihiko slowly opened his eyes blinking a couple of times before his gaze was clear and he saw me. He jumped up and hugged me tightly. "Misaki where were you. I thought something happened." He almost yelled. I giggled and hugged him back. I started feeling more comfortable with the intimate stuff but I would rarely show it. "I'm fine don't worry so much. I was just getting distracted when I walked through the park." I answered letting go and standing back. He also let go and just looked at me in wonder. "why were you getting distracted?" he asked. "It is nothing really just looking at the children made me feel a tad bit sad." I answered honestly. Akihiko nodded, he understood since it was him who helped me adjust to not have the twins with us. The first couple weeks have been hell not only for me but also for Akihiko. I would wake up in the middle of the night feeling my stomach and panicking when I felt it was flat. Akihiko was there to calm me and help me get my mind of them. Besides the nightmares he also needed to the support me when my breast were heavy and aching with the milk bottled up inside. Everytime I thought about the twins they would start leaking. It was so embarrasing. After being home for a couple weeks I went back to school. Surprisingly I was able to get by rather quick with the help Akihiko provided. But being back in my normal routine didn't make me any happier. It has been a year now since the twins were born. Their birthday was just last week. I cried almost all day and Takahiro and Manami had made me give them their first ever cake to play with. It made me happy but also sad. Akihiko pulled me from my thoughts by pressing his lips to mine. I stepped back startled and glared at him. "What was that for?" I asked backing up even more. Akihiko smiled. "You were thinking of painfull things again so I wanted to stop you before you became sad again." Akihiko said. I looked at my hands before turning and walking to the kitchen. "What do you want to eat?" I asked walking to the fridge and tying my apron around my waist. "I don't care as long as there are no green pepers in it." Akihiko answered following me to the kitchen and sitting down at the table. "Alright." I said starting to cook. We made some small talk until I was done cooking. Akihiko had set the table and helped me take the food out. We ate in a comfortable silence. Then suddenly our quiet time was roughly disturbed by the slamming of the front door and Aikawa barging in. "Sensei where is the manuscript? You said you would finish it today." Aikawa cried as he walked over to us. Akihiko sighed but resumed eating not even giving her a glance. I also continued eating like nothing happened. This was normal for us. Usagi-san would stall his work until I forced him to do it and then he would finish it in time. This would be no different. Aikawa continued ranting at Usagi-san as he finished his diner. "Thank you for the meal." He said after getting up and walking over to the couch. I cleaned up the kitchen and then went to our bedroom. I changed into my night clothes and then went back to Akihiko and Aikawa. She started squaling as soon as she saw me and I had to bite back a groan of annoyance. Usagi-san got up as soon as he saw me. I placed my arms around his neck and pulled him closer. "I'm going to sleep soon but not without my goodnight kiss." I said knowing he wouldn't pass up such a oppertunity. He quickly pressed his lips to mine making Aikawa go fangirl on us. When we finally pulled apart for air I hugged Akihiko again and then went over to our room. I got on the bed and started reading my book. I knew I wouldn't sleep as long as Usagi-san wasn't in bed with me. After what seemed like hours Usagi-san finally came to bed. I cuddled up to him and let sleep take over me.

I hope this is a good first chapter. I think this book isn't going to be really long but nothing is certain with me. Well we will see how things go. Please comment and I'll make sure to update as much as possible.
