Mr. Burgenhimmer came out of the room and took away my I.D. card and told me I would earn it back when I learned to follow the rules and not let my "curiosity" get in the way of things. "Jack!" I ran into his arms in tears. "Jenny! What's wrong?!" He asked worried. "They know!" "They know everything!" "They figured it out!" I said in between sobs. "It's ok. They aren't gonna get rid of my best friend without a fight." Jack said with meaning in his voice. "No but you don't get it!" I cried. "They scanned me! They know my real age!" "Come on, we are gonna get you out of this town." Jack said eagerly. We ran back to the homing building, you know what. I'm gonna call it my home. I go to a school! I am in the highest grade in our town! I am in the eighth grade! My Parent are immortal Aliens! They saved me! I'm not from here! I'm from the planets above! I kept repeating this over and over in my head until it was clear. The only true friend I have ever had was Jack, and if he dies... I have nothing. Because I can't die. I inherited my parents abilities. "Jack. The Cyborg rulers have Mr. Burgenhimmer as a spy on me. To make sure I don't get in anymore trouble." I took a long pause and looked into Jack's eyes as he continued packing my stuff. His big, bright, blue eyes. I still wondered why he was the only one who was born in the town that didn't have yellow eyes. "Jack, if Mr. Burgenhimmer finds me, and tells the rulers. I don't know what they will do. But I know it will be bad." I took a breath and it felt like I was breathing fire. All of this was too overwhelming, and I couldn't take it. "I know what I have to do. But you have to help me." I confessed. "What do we have to do?" Jack asked with a sharp tone to his voice. "No, not we. Just me." I said. "I need your help getting there. I need you to sneak me to the forbbiden tube at the other end of the town. And scan your I.D. card and push the button for me to leave. It will only take me 10 minutes." I explained. "Ok, but be careful." He said. "I will, now let's go." I said. We took the fastest hoverboards we could find from the officer robots while they were on their break and raced to the other side of town. The bag of my stuff I was holding slowed the board down a bit, but not much. Jack scanned his I.D. and said, "Ten minutes. Then come back. Or else I'm coming up there." Then...he pushed the button.
