Chapter 3

As Sasha and Bayley walked into the club, they were met with some familiar faces.
"Shinsuke? What's the occasion, you never come out!" The presence of one of her good friends was quite confusing, as he never really came out to clubs that's much.
Behind Nakumura was Cass and Enzo with Carmella, Rami and Fergal.

Almost straight away Mercedes and Rami went off to talk somewhere, Enzo and Cass headed straight for the bar with Carmella. Leaving Bayley, Finn and Shinsuke standing in an awkward silence.
It was finally Shinsuke who broke the silence.
"I'm going to go to the bathroom."

Finn and Bayley chuckled to each other as they watched Nakumura out of his element as he strolled over to the toilets.
Finn hasn't really seen Bayley in a while since Aaron never used to let them see each other, so he thought he would make the most of this night to catch up.
"How's your night been so far?"
"Pretty bad, not going to lie....me and Aaron broke up..."
The news was shocking. Finn didn't really know what to do, so he did what he normally does when he's around Bayley, and he gave her a hug.
"I'm so sorry...."
"It's okay, not your fault."
Bayley gave Finn a smile, but he knew better then anyone that her smile wasn't genuine, and that it was just for show.
"What about you Bálor, how's your night been?"
"Pretty rough, want I drink? I think we both need one."

Finn was quick to change the subject but he wasn't lying when he said that he thought they both needed one. It seems they were both having a bad night.
They made their way over to the bar and ordered some drinks, which already needed refilling within minutes.

As the night went on, the two drank more and more. They just talked for what seemed like hours, catching up on life and how things were and just in general, having fun.
But it had seemed Pamela had finally had a little too much to drink as she started messing around and trying to drag Fergal to the dance floor.
"I don't want to dance Pam!" As much as he didn't want to actually dance, he couldn't help but laugh to himself at her effort to move him to the center of the room.
"No fair!"
"How is it not fair?" A giant grin came across his face as he watched Bayley have a little girls tantrum.
"Because, you're too boring."
"Oh boring? Really?"
At this point they were both laughing until Bayley was messing with Finn's sleeves too much, trying to get him to move and his cuts on his hand from earlier were showing.

Rami and Mercedes were watching the pair all night. They were the best friends of both of these people and they were both going through a lot of emotional pain. When Pam saw what was on Finn's hand, Rami flinched, he just wanted to go up to Pam and make up an excuse of why his hand was in that state. But Sasha held him back.

"Finn?"
"I dropped a glass earlier, silly me." He did his best to cover up his lie with a laugh. Well, it wasn't a complete lie, just stretching the truth.
"Oh Finn! You silly goose! Always dropping things!"
Finn gave Sami a reassuring look, to let his good friend know that it was okay and he could relax a little.

"If you don't mind me, I have to pop to the ladies room."
Pam walked over the the women's toilets and signled over Mercedes and Carmella.
When they got inside, Bayley started to cry silent tears.
"Bay? What happened?"
"Pam, is everything alright?"
Bayley was not alright. She just wanted to go to a bed and cry.
"Is it okay, if I just cry for a little while?"
Carmella was the first to reply and she was not showing any sympathy at all.
"Heck no! Girl, your mascara will run! Then you'll look like a mess!"
"Carmella!"
"What? I'm just saying..."
"No, Sasha, she's right. I need to pull myself together and make the most of tonight!"

Finn walked outside for some fresh air after Pam left to go to the bathroom, he was shortly joined by Nakumura.
"Hey man, what's up?
"You really think I'm stupid Fergal?"
"Come again?"
Shinskuke nodded in the direction of Finn's arm.
"Your sleeve's come up twice already tonight, I saw your scars..."
"It's been a rough night..." Finn put his head down in shame, he wanted to forget what had happened but he knew he couldn't.
"You need to get help..."
Finn smiled to himself,
"That's an understatement."

Shinskuke sighed, it pained him to see his friend go through this, but he also knew there wasn't much he could do other then offer advice.
"Just, do me a favour Bálor...look out for Bayley, help her.."
Nakamura's request had Finn quite confused, he understood Bayley was hurting, but how could he help her?
"What do you mean?"
"You don't see it?" Shinskuke looked at Finn with a bit of worry, "She has that same look in her eyes that you had when all of this started for you....help her get on the track."
They both stayed silent for a couple moments, letting the words sink.
"Don't let Bayley fall down the same path as you. Help her....You never know, she might end up helping you too..."

Finn didn't reply, how could he reply to those words? Surely he should've seen it sooner. He was going through what Bayley was starting to go through. How did he not notice?

Finn just gave a nod, letting his friend know he excepted his favour and would try to help Pam...

The both headed back inside to find Sasha and Carmella talking, Cass and Enzo talking. And Bayley with Sami.

Pam was catching up with Rami, she wasn't really interested in what he was saying until Rami mentioned that one of his friends were going through a hard time.
"Who's this?"
"I can't say...I don't know if I can..."
"What are they going through?"
"Depression."
"Oh...."
This really intrigued Bayley, she didn't know why, but she just wanted to find out which one of their friends was dealing with this and help them.

Just as Bayley was about to ask more questions to see if she could work out who this mystery friend was, she saw Shinsuke and Finn walking over to them, so she stopped talking.
There was an awkward silence in the group before Finn finally spoke.
"I'm gonna go, got to wake up early tomorrow."
It was only 12:28am but Finn couldn't keep this up anymore, he just wanted to go back to his hotel room and pass out.
"Okay, see you tomorrow Bálor."

Before Finn got the chance to walk away, Bayley grabbed his arm to hold him back.
"Can I come with you? I'm not exactly in the mood for this tonight."
"Um....sure? If you don't mind the walk."
"Good, I like walking."

They both said goodbye to everyone at the club then started to walk back.
Fergal knew this might be the only chance he gets to keep his promise to Nakamura and help Bayley out, so he had to make the most of tonight.
