Reprecussions of death! Return to Konoha!

New Chapter! Because everyone loved seeing Sakura almost die, I will be killing her off. But I now need someone to get with Sasuke. Now enjoy the chapter!

Well, right now Naruto is looking at the near dead form of Sakura. He is currently thinking that he will fucking die when he gets back to Konoha because he failed the main part of the mission and Sakura is going to die. Naruto walks up to Sakura and holds her in the classic Assassin's Creed thing.
Naruto: "Sakura... are you alive?"
Sakura:*Coughs up blood* "W-What happened?"
Naruto: "Sasuke just Chidoried you."
Sakura: "B-But"*coughs up blood again* "I thought..."*dies*
Naruto looked at the now dead form of Sakura. While he didn't really like her that much, she was still his teammate and she had died on his watch. Well, technically Yamato's watch, but still. He would now have to classify this mission as a failure. He then sensed Sasuke's Chakra stop moving and then made a shadow clone to chase after him. He then closed Sakura's eyes and took out a sealing scroll and sealed her body in it to give to Tsunade. Sasuke may get away, but he would find him.

With Sasuke:
Sasuke appeared from a blaze of fire in the middle of the desert and collapsed on the ground. He had just barely escaped death and had taken a life while at it. He really didn't care about Sakura, even less so now she is dead. The only one he cared about is Naruto. He was his former best friend and rival. He couldn't bear the thought that he betrayed Naruto, given he was Naruto's first friend ever. He had lost his shit in the last battle they had at the Valley of The End, and went berserk and tried to kill Naruto but apparently failed. He thought he killed him a few minutes ago and gained the Mangekyou Sharingan. Now he could finally kill Itachi(Meanwhile, a man in a badass Akatsuki cloak sneezes) and avenge his family. He would then return to Konoha to try and repair he and Naruto's broken friendship and become his friend again, and possibly something more. But he wasn't stupid enough to try and kill Itachi alone. He knew he was nowhere near Itachi's power, even with the Mangekyou Sharingan. He would assemble a team to kill him. But right now he has to get the fuck outta here. Then all of a sudden a kunai slices his cheek and slams into the sand under him. He turned around to find Naruto.
Naruto: "You can come back Sasuke. You might have to be on probation for a while, but you can return."
Sasuke: "I can't return until I kill Itachi."
Naruto: "I can help you kill Itachi. I already beat him, and I know his strength. Right now he would rip you apart."
Sasuke: "I know, that why I will be acquiring a team to kill him."
Naruto: "Itachi is never alone. He has Kisame with him. That make two S rank Shinobi. You won't stand a chance."
Sasuke: "I have to have my revenge!"
Naruto: "Revenge is not the answer Sasuke. I if thought it was then I would have killed you without given you a chance.
I would have destroyed Konoha. I would have killed Sakura. I would have probably joined the Akatsuki."
Sasuke: "What are you saying?"
Naruto: "I am saying revenge will destroy you Sasuke. It will destroy any chance you have at coming back to Konoha. Revenge drives people to do things that you wouldn't do under normal circumstances. Revenge drove you to join Orochimaru. Revenge drove you to try to murder me. Revenge drove you to kill Sakura. Revenge will drive you to kill anyone who steps in your way, be it friend or foe."
Sasuke: "Why do you even fucking care!?"
Naruto: "You were my friend. I want to have something like that again. I want you to be my friend again. But I can't make you." *walks up to Sasuke and put his right hand on his shoulder* "I am just a shadow clone." *draws a kunai from his pouch and puts it into Sasuke's left hand* "You can kill me and continue on your quest of revenge, or you can come with me and help me destroy the Akatsuki and become my friend again. Chose."
Sasuke looked at the kunai and prepared to kill the clone. But he stopped and actually thought on what he said. Naruto was right. Revenge would destroy him. He would have nothing left and be empty if he did this. But the temptation was almost too much. He didn't know what to do. He started shaking and tears started welling up in his eyes. He wanted revenge so much, but he knows it will destroy him. He finally stopped shaking and chose. He drops the kunai and looks at Naruto.
Sasuke: "Take me home."
Naruto forms a face splitting grin and performs a one handed shunshin to take them back to the location of the original Naruto. When they arrive the clone then despells and its memories return to the original Naruto. Naruto walked over to Sasuke and gave him a bear hug. Sasuke was totally shocked at the display and then, after a moments hesitation, returned the hug. After the hug was over Naruto looked at Sasuke.
Naruto: "Thank you."
Sasuke: "Your welcome."*looks saddened* "I'm sorry I killed Sakura."
Naruto: "It is alright now we must return."
Yamato:*running up to them* "Naruto! What are you doing?"
Naruto: "He has agreed to come back with us."
Yamato: "Wait what? Really? That easy?"
Sasuke: "Naruto can give some pretty speeches."
From a distance, Sai watched the scene go down. He was surprised that the hug had taken place. Maybe it was good to have emotions like that. He and his brother had done stuff like that. He had enjoyed it. He decides emotions are best for someone and will try to show them in the future. He then walks over to Naruto.
Sai: "Dickless, what happened to Ugly?"
Naruto:*eyes twitch under hood* "Ugly?"
Sai: "The pink haired one."
Naruto: "She is dead. But enough about that right now. We need to return to Konoha."
They all nod and take off toward the direction of Konoha.

1 week later:
It had been a week since the events at Orochimaru's hideout had taken place. Yamato and Sai had regarded Sasuke with suspicion as he had been the one to kill Sakura but were not openly hostile. Naruto had convinced them not to tell Tsunade that Sasuke killed Sakura, Yamato had objected at first but them relented. They had entered Konoha and had talked with Tsunade and told here that Orochimaru killed Sakura to save Sasuke's life and Sasuke was then put on probation for six months, only able to do D rank missions, and would not be able to leave the village. She had told them that Sai would permanently replace Sakura on the team and that Kakashi wanted to meet with them at Training ground seven. They entered the training ground and saw Kakashi eye smiling at them while reading his porn.
Kakashi: "Sasuke, I heard you had came back.*looks among them* You must be Sai. But where is Sakura?"
Naruto: "She is dead. Killed by Orochimaru."
Kakashi:*eyes widen and then water* "What? No! I should have been there! I could have saved her! I could ha-"
Naruto: "Kakashi. It was impossible to save her. She was poisoned by the Kusanagi."
Kakashi:*Looks saddened* "I still should've been there."
Naruto: *Slaps Kakashi* "No. You will not fall into a depression. You will recover. You recover from everyone's deaths." *grabs Kakashi's book* "You will stop reading these."*burns book with fire* "You think that they want you to mope at the memorial stone! No! They want you to be stronger than you were before! You cannot mope about their deaths Kakashi!"
Kakashi stopped in his tracks. What Naruto said was true. He couldn't mope anymore. He needed to be strong. For Sensei. For Obito. For Rin. For Father. For Sakura. He would become better. Better than ever.
Kakashi: "Thank you Naruto. I needed that."
Naruto: "Yes. You did. Now lets start training."
