Staring up at your ceiling
And trying to hold in the pain
Your heart breaking is so painful
It feels like your getting stabbed
And the pain
Its so bad, you can't breathe
Like your underwater
And your breathing in the water
Gasping and choking
Every second
Every thought
Leads to more pain
Pain, pain, pain
Fills you
And you think it's never going to end
My pain
Was only around for a few months
It consumed me
And that's all I felt
Now
The pain is almost gone
I may not
Have been in pain for long
But I know how it feels
And I know how it feels to recover
Hold on
God
Fate
Or anything you believe in
Has a plan
And you will have your purpose
You just have to fight
Fight,
And you will win
Pain will go away
And one day
You'll be happy
Like me

A/N:This will probably be my last poem in this book. Its a good way to end it, right? Remember, fight on and don't give up, even if you seem to have every reason to give up, you need to fight on. And one day, you'll tell you're grandkids who are sitting in your lap in the rocking chair on your front porch of your country home(or whatever home you want) looking out into the fields and you will be able to brag that your a depression survivor. And one day, if you keep fighting, you will have more reasons to live. Remember : Hold on, Pain ends

PoetryIdk what to say about these poems. They mean so much to me but most of them don't represent me anymore.
