Chapter 20

Evelynns POV:

I woke up at two am.

I tossed and turned but couldn't get comfortable.

Suddenly I felt nauseous and ran to the bathroom.

I spilled out my dinner.

I sat back against the bath tub.

I groaned and saw Harry heading down the hall.

"Are you ok?" He asked with concern laced into his words.

"I'm fine. Just a little sick." I said.

"Do you need anything."

"Harry, I'm fine." I said and laughed a little.

"Do you want me to stay in here with you?"

"I don't care. If you want to you ca-" I got cut off by throwing up again.

"Shit, there was blood Evelynn."

I looked down and almost had an anxiety attack.

"Harry.." I trailed off and started getting dizzy.

"Evelynn, babe what's wrong."

"Ev-"

That's all he said when everything went black

Harry's POV:

"No, no no no no!" I yelled.

I ran to the phone and called 911. I told them my situation and they sent an ambulance.

I started crying really hard.

"It's gonna be ok." I said over and over again.

I held her hand in the ambulance and still haven't stopped crying.

"Is she ok?" I asked.

"She is internally bleeding. I'm sorry to say this but she might not make it."

"What!" I yelled.

"This can't be happening. Please save her. Please!"

"We're trying our best, sir."

"Try harder!"

They suddenly stopped and I looked out the window.

We were at the hospital.

"Let's go." The paramedic said.

I tugged at my hair and called Madilynn.

Five hours I have been here and not a word from the doctor.

"Mr.Styles?" A doctor said.

I jumped up. "Yes?"

"She is in stable condition, but..." He trailed off.

"She is in a coma. I'm sorry."

"For how long?"

"We don't know. It could be days, months, even years."

"Y-years." I choked out.

"I'm afraid so."

"Can I see her?" I asked.

He nods and leads us to room 175.

When I walk in I see Evelynn and the worst part is she looks dead.

I start crying a little.

"Please wake up." I whisper.

"Please."

It's been a month since Evelynn has slipped into a coma.

I walked in to bring Jack some food but I walked into something that I have been waiting for.

"Evelynn." I breathed.

I ran over there and put the food down.

I wrapped her in in a strong hug and cried.

"Harry?" She asked.

"I'm here." I whispered.

"How long have I been out?"

I sighed. "A month."

She gasped.

"I have been here every single day. So has Madilynn and Cameron. Rylie and Louis are in Hawaii."

"For a month?"

"I guess so?"

"Come here." She said and stretched her arms out.

I walked over there and layed next to her.

"I missed this."

She sighed.

The doctor came in and smiled.

"Evelynn, your awake. Are you feeling any kind of pain anywhere?"

"A little in my head but I'm fine." She answered.

"That's normal. If your ok you could go home today."

She nodded and he walked out.

"I think I can leave whenever."

"I missed you." I said and kissed her.
