As I walked down the street I got cold from the cool L.A breeze that was blowing the palm trees back and forth. I was so siked cause this was the last day of school before our Christmas break. When I got on the bus, as usual, I walked to the back and sat in seat 22. As we approached the last stop an unfamiliar face caught my attention, as he was walking toward my way i hear
“Hey, I’m Jc.” He said as I was unable to talk.
“Wha...What’s up?” I tried to say but my mouth was dry. “I’m Jackie.”
“Do you mind if I sit here?” he said
“No not at all!” saying as I moved my bag onto my lap. On the ride to school he explained how he had just moved here from Texas and that he loves L.A so far. “So what’s your schedule?” I asked
“First I have chemistry, then History, English, and then gym on days 2, 4, 6 and study halls on the other days, and then music, math and last period I have reading.”
“Shit... I don’t have any classes with you.” I said
“Damn now I won’t know anyone in my classes.” He answered
“I’m playing I have all my classes with you except math, I don’t take that.” I joked and then he gave me a cute little smirk showing off his dimples.
“Can I have your number? Ya know incase I get lost in school or something.” As I turned my head I gave a quick smile and said “sure.”

During every class we sat with each other, and I got out of a few so I could go show him around the school, but all we really did was run around in the hallways.
“This is a nice school.” He said looking around at the hallway “its way better than the one I went to in Texas.”
I asked him “what made your family move here?”
“Well my family is still in Texas I moved here with 4 of my friends. We live in this really nice house with a pool and hot tub; you should really come over sometime.”
“ I definitely will.” I said with a smile.
