Chapter 22

The following days went on happily for the two. Through the week following Kellin's birthday, Kellin did not sleep on his bed a single night. Every night he would walk in Oli's bedroom and he would sleep with the older man. Kellin had stopped taking his pills too. With Oli laying next to him all night he did not need them anymore.

Yesterday Austin and Alan came by. Kellin got to know Alan better. It seemed like now that they were away from all the auctions and the other supernaturals Alan was more relaxed and chill. In reality Kellin came to the realisation that Alan was really a happy kid just like himself. He was great company and really happy to hear about Kellin's life and the way that his relasions with Oli had turned out.

Alan had heard from Austin that Oli had a weird past. He didn't know much so he decided not to tell Kellin anything. And Kellin himself kept the conversation away from old pictures and locked basements.

The two spend the whole day together. Oli and Austin had some business to do. They were away pretty much the whole day. When they came back they were both covered with blood. Alan and Austin had to leave immediately.

When Kellin and Oli were left along the demon went to clean up. Kellin did not question the situation. He knew that Oli's life, at least a part of, is like that. He laid on Oli's bed waiting for the demon to join him. When he finally did, Oli laid down hugging Kellin and kissing his head. Kellin moved and kiss the demon as well, both of them letting each other know that everything was alright.

It's morning and Kellin is waking up by the loud sound of Helena's voice. Oli next to him groans pulling Kellin's back closer to his chest. He buries is face into the boys neck.

"Remind me again why the fuck did I gave her keys?"

"Cause you wanted me to take care of that little bean the days you have to go away. Now..up you sleepy heads." Helena grabs the blunkets and pulls the off of them.

"You have some explaining to do." The woman walks down the stairs taking the covers with her.

Oli and Kellin get dressed, soon joining her in the kitchen. They take their sits and the woman gives them their breakfast. Tea for Oli and some waffles with banana for Kellin.

Helena leans on the wall opposite the table and crosses her arms over her chest.

"I'm listening." She states waiting for the two guys to explain themselves. Oli sips his tea before questioning her.

"You want an explanation for what?"

"You two were sleeping together. I'm waiting to here how you mister finally realise what a great guy Kellin is and deside to get together with him and be boyfriends. Cause if you are using my baby boy for your pleasure only them I would not hesitate to cut your penis off."

The blushed until then Kellin chokes on his food with the older woman's words. Oli finishes his tea swallowing down pretty much the whole cup on one go. He stands up and mumbles while walking away.

"It's not about that. And we aren't boyfriends." Kellin's head falls a little even though he already knew the facts.

Helena grabs Oli's wrist before he gets to exit the kitchen. When Oli turns to her she puts her free hand on his cheek looking at him with a motherly expresion full of love and care. Kellin watches them understanding how much they must have been throw together.

"I care about you Oliver. I want you to be happy. You should let yourself be happy. Please try this. For you but for them as well."

Oli stays silent and still for a moment before he nods and moves back to his place at the table.
