I opened my eyes enough to see none other than Kuruma in her half human form protecting me from the chunin. They had soon run away, unable to best her.
"K-kura," I managed to choke out. She turned and ran towards me, enveloping me in a comforting hug. I began to sob into her chest as she undid my binds.
"I'm so sorry I didn't respond when you called out to me, I was trying to work up enough chakra to manifest outside your body."
"I-its okay ku-kura."
When I had stoped crying, she laid me down in her lap, one of her many tails behind my head in a makeshift pillow. I saw one of her ears twitch and she quickly turned her head. Her mouth already in a snarl at the shadow approaching us. I whimpered in terror. The figure soon came into light revealing itself as Sasuke.
I tried to force a smile but stopped as it hurt the cuts over my whisker-like marks. I saw a look of shock and concern flash across his face.
"What the hell did you get yourself into, dobe," sasuke said emotionlessly but I could tell he was genuinely concerned. I let out a small chuckle, "nothing you'll understand, sasuke. Nothing you'll under stand..."
He walked over to us and knelt down. "Hey naruto, I can take you back to my place and have Itachi patch you up If that's alright?" I looked to kura for guidance. She nodded her head at me so I agreed to duckbutt's offer. Sasuke turned to look at kuruma.
"Hey ms fox, could you help bring naru to my house?"
"I'd do anything to help my kit."
And with that I was being carried to Sasuke's place. What a night.
