Jewel's POV
After I checked Steve's ribs he asked how I could tell nothing was broken. I told him I want to be a doctor thats how I know nothings broken. I'm just relived I didn't have to do anything to his ribs. "Your gonna have to take it easy for a couple days because your ribs are bruised. And sorry I kicked you. I had good reason to." I said. "It's ok I understand Jewel." Steve said.

-4 months later cause I want to-

Still Jewel's POV
I think I'm starting to fall for Steve. I don't know if I really am or not I don't want to tell him because it might ruin our friendship.

Pony's POV (I think he should have a chance)
I think Steve is falling for Jewel and hard and vice versa. I'm not gonna say anything to anyone but Johnny cause I know he can keep a secret. I found Johnny at the lot like always. "Hey Johnnycakes. I got a feeling somethings gonna happen." I said. Johnny looked interested. "What do you think's gonna happen Pony?" He asked curiously. "I think Jewel and Steve like each other." I said. "How can you tell?" He asked. "Haven't you noticed they've been acting different around each other lately?" I said. Johnny slowly started nodding his head. "Yes actually I have. Your right Pony." Johnny said. "I don't think we should say anything just yet though." I said. He, luckily and readily, agreed.

Johnny's POV
I agreed with Pony. I remembered I noticed Steve acting differently whenever Jewel just walked into the room he was in. It was like he was seeing the sunlight after so long in the dark. And Jewel started smiling when she saw Steve. They should get together already I think but, who am I to judge? I'm pretty sure they'll get to the boyfriend/girlfriend stage soon.

Darry's POV (lets say that Jewel is walking around and some socs set their sights on her shall we?)

I was driving home from work when I saw some socs beating someone up and them screaming. It sounds like a girl scream. I decided to go check it out. I parked, got out and saw it was a girl they ganged up on. And no stranger at that. It was Jewel! I'm gonna go help her. I walk over because I know I can be pretty scary at times and these were one of those times. They slowly looked up at me and I said "Scram. She's with me." They did and I picked her up and saw a long scratch on her arm. I'm guessing she's gonna carry that for the rest of her life as a scar. "D-D-Darry?" Jewel asked. "Yes honey?" I replied. "Is it alright if I cry?" She asked near tears. "Of course it is." I replied gently. She started crying soaking my shirt but it's alright. I carried her to the truck and sat down on the bed with her. After she finished crying she fell asleep like that. I decided to put her on the passenger seat of the truck. We got home and I put her on my bed and left.
