Finally broken

OK I REALIZED I JUST HAD ONE PART TO DO. The beginning is rushed bc that's the part SO SORRY!

"You need to go talk to him! You need to try to get the dumbass to understand." Ayano shakes you.

"I don't think it will be that easy though... I cant force him-"

"IF YOU DON'T I WILL! YOU GUYS ARE A SHIP THAT MUST BE REUNITED. He can have one stupid thing bother him forever." Hiroko shouts, eating a candy bar.

"Yeah... but maybe you should've told him. He might of taken it better than expected?" Ayano asks.

"I just couldn't though... I was too scared. But.. I'll do it!" You say, smiling. "I'll try to talk to him."

"Don't worry! We will be there for you." Ayano pats your back.

"Right behind you!"

You decided to try and say something to him. As he was about to walk past, you stood up and stood in front of him. "Hey, Kuro-" Your eyes widen as he completely ignored you and walks past you to the rest of the team.

He didn't even spare you a glance...it was like you weren't there. Somehow, you could feel your heart cracking. Kuroo, the person who reached out to you, ignored you.

You started blaming yourself. It was something you did wrong to a friend.

"Well done on the week-long training camp, everyone." Nekoma's coach says.

"Ow merff giidd...dhis ish sowed giewd!" Hiroko continues to chomp down on her meal while talking.

"Yesh! This is delicious." Ayano takes her next bite. While everyone was having fun and eating, you just sat, too into your thoughts.

Ayano look over, concerned. "You still thinking about what happened? Did you try talking to him?" She asks.

"Yeah..of course I did. But... when I tried, he just ignored me. That was one of the worst things that happened to me, but it's my fault."

"Ugh, I don't want this happen in game again." Horological puts her bowl down and walks through the grass towards a certain captain. You quickly get up.

"Where are you going??"

"I'm going to save my ship." She doesn't bother to turn around and walks to another side of the hill.

You sigh when she gets to him and look away.

"Kuroo."

Kuroo turns around to see Hiroko. "Yeah?"

"Go talk to (Y/n)."

"Why should I?" He returns to eating his food.

"Huh? What happened?" Yaku asks.

"Nothing happened, don't worry about it." Kuroo laughs, calming Yaku.

"You're a jerk. You know that?" Hiroko walks away back to you and Ayano. "Well he didn't listen."

"I'll try to talk to him again, later." You smile, giving yourself hope. You thought Kuroo couldn't be mad at you..... forever.

Finally, it was the night, the time that Kuroo always practiced with his friends. You remembered that Hinata was also going to be there, able to practice too. You were happy for him.

You walk up ur stairs to the gym and peek inside, seeing that Kuroo wasn't there. You step in the loud gym.

"Excuse me. Anyone know where Kuroo is?" You ask.

"Oh (Y/n)-chan! Kuroo, went to fill his water bottle. He should be back soon." Hinata says to you.

"Yeah, but he seemed a little angry today. Like he'd get mad easily." Bokuto puts his hand on his chin, thinking. "Do you know why?"

"He acted like that around a month ago too! But he wasn't very mad, just upset I guess." Lev asks.

"Well.." They look behind you, to the doers of the gym.

"KUROO! You took a little long to fill your bottle. Anything up?" Bokuto puts his arm around Kuroo.

"Nah, I tried to take a shortcut but ended up getting lost." He sweat drops as the rest of the team laughs. Him and Bokuto walk right past you.

"Well, let's start the game again!" Hinata cheers and Bokuto goes next to him to cheer too.

"Ok, let me just put my bottle back in my bag."

Finally, the others weren't listening so you could go and talk to Kuroo. Well try to. You walk to him putting his bottle in his bag next to the entrance.

"Kuroo." He doesn't even spare you a glance as he starts to walk past you.

"Kuroo???" You tap his shoulder over and over again. "Come on..."

He still doesn't answer as he walks to a chair to put his bag on so it would be closer. "Kuroo, can we just talk?" He still doesn't answer. "Stop being annoying and answer me!" Luckily no one was paying attention.

He finally turns around but looked tired and irritated. "What is there to talk about? How you never told me anything and kept everything a secret? I thought you were going to tell us everything? Or did you just leave me out?"

"I... I couldn't tell you because I had a feeling you'd act like this and I'm sorry...but that doesn't mean you should just ignore me because you're mad Oikawa kissed and likes me."

"That still doesn't make up for everything. Besides, why do you even like someone like him?! You barely know him but you two kissed!" Kuroo yells.

"Why do you even care, huh!?"

"I don't. Just leave and go to your little boyfriend already." Kuroo replies.

Maybe you weren't cut out to like people how you liked Kuroo. He didn't listen to what you had to say...so will anyone else? You did the first thing you could think of doing...but maybe it would make him listen?

Your hand landed on Kuroo's face, hard, leaving a red mark when you pulled back. Everyone was watching now. He seemed shocked as well as hurt by your sudden action, but he guessed that he probably deserved it for what he did.

"Oikawa isn't my boyfriend and won't ever be...I'm sorry for not telling you everything but I thought it would ruin the chances of you liking me back. If I could've, I would of stopped that kiss from ever happening... goodnight." You ran out of the gym with tears running down your face.

You kept running without stopping and thinking about what happened.

"It's finally broken."
