When I woke up I saw a blinding light, my head was pulsing, and when I tried to sit up it didn't help much. Then I felt a light weight on my right leg and my hand being held. I looked down and found JR asleep on my lap, I smiled and played with his hair. He looked cute when he slept, I moved some of his hair and planted a kiss on his cheek. I began to remember why I began to like him... No- stop it you can't think of that right now... I paused if, I don't remember anything or at least act like it... I might have a chance to be with him right? No, that's just mean... I couldn't do that to him... Maybe if I say it just once now, I'll be able to stand it a bit longer... I looked down at him and leaned down.
"I love you... My sweet JR" I whispered before kissing his cheek again. I pulled back and played with his hair again, before realizing I was in a hospital gown... Damn I must of really been hurt... ugh whatever I'll get over it. I smiled, its been a while since I've been close to JR, it felt good to be next to him again.
"mmm, Ren... No.. not- there." JR mumbled in his sleep. I blushed a crimson red and my eyes went wide... did I just hear what I thought I heard? No - I'm just hallucinating... I sighed and shook it off. Soon enough JR awoke and rose from my lap rubbing his eyes, I giggled.
"What's so funny?" he asked through a yawn. I smiled.
"you look cute when you do that..." I said still giggling. He frowned at me as he stretched.
"Cute? no way! I'm manly! unlike you~" he said with a smirk, but it went away quickly as he reached for my bandages, which I had just noticed.
"Are you alright? It doesn't hurt does it?" he asked giving me a look of concern. I nodded.
"I'm fine, It just hurts to move quickly" I said smiling touching my bandages. He gave me a look of relief and rubbed his thumb over the top of my hand.
"I'm sorry it was my fault... that you're here. I shouldn't have lost my temper like that" he said looking down. I bit my lip and lifted his chin, smiling reassuringly at him.
"No it's not, don't worry about it. I'm fine that's all that matters right?" I said smiling, he smiled a little.
"Yes, it is I'm glad you're okay. But I wish that Baekho guy would leave you alone... wait he hasn't tried anything on you did he?" he asked with a slight growl. I bit my lip, Baekho had tried to do 'things' with me but couldn't get far.
"Well yeah but I stopped him every time he did try something" I said softly. He snarled.
"I'll kill him" he said stern and almost melacious tone. I shivered and shook my head.
" No! please don't... for my sake okay? Don't fight anyone any more" I pleaded. I knew that not only I have a chance of getting hurt, but JR as well... And I didn't want him hurt what's so ever.
"Hey! Let me make this up to you okay?" he suddenly offered. I blinked.
"Wha-why all of the sudden?" I asked a bit nervous. He grinned and chuckled.
"Let's go out tomorrow tonight! I'll take care of everything okay?" he said smiling wide. I blushed and smiled.
"Okay, I accept! I have one request- okay?" I said smiling. He nodded.
"And what would that be?" he asked.
"Can we go walk through the trophy garden down town? I heard everything is in full bloom! Please can we?" I asked and looked up at him with puppy dog eyes. He chuckled and nodded.
"Alright, we can do that and anything else you want- my princess~" He said teasingly. I smiled, I liked it when he called me that.
"Thank you JR, you're the best!" I said pulling him into a hug. He smiled and stood up, letting go of me and my hand.
"Well I have to go make some arrangements, I'll be right back and we can eat alright?" he said before kissing my forehead and walking out of the room. I smiled, maybe I do have a chance... just a slight one. But it's a chance
