I decided to make a collage for every chapter, covering some of the events that would happen, just cause it's fun to do that stuff.

CAPRICORN POV

I picked up my super sharp pencil and started writing.

"The square root of 25 is 5 which means that I would multiply that by 365 to get..."

I wrote down the answer and and set down my calculator. Finally! Math homework is done.

I yawned and stretched my pale arms above my head. I glance at my phone and see the time. 7:00.

"Well, what now?"

I ask. My voice echoes around my nearly empty room. My walls are painted a dark beige and the furniture I have is my bed, desk, dresser and full-length mirror.

I shake my head and take off my glasses. "Why am I talking to myself?"

My deep thoughts are quickly interrupted by a text. I pick up my phone and check who texted me.

Hey Capricorn.

Did you finish your math homework?

Uh, no.

Bye.

But Cappy...

Taurus, don't call me that.

Fine but this is serious.

Yes, the math test is important.

I mean, it's about the...

The... What?

You know. The Video.

My fingers stop moving midair. The Video? I pull out my laptop and pull up The Video. I press play and a tumble of memories come back to me from the beginning of the year.

There was a clear sky. Everything had been going great. I had won first place in a speech contest I had entered and the teachers didn't give out any homework. Yup, it was a great day.
But the troubles started when I got home. I figured with all my good luck, everything I tried would go swiftly. So I pulled out my laptop and plucked up the courage to do something I had been trying to do since I met the girl. I pressed record and cleared my throat.
"Hi Scorpio. It's me Capricorn. Well of course it's me, uh, you can see me."
I rubbed the back of my neck.
"Anyways, I just wanted to tell you that I think you're amazing. Not a lot of people pay attention to you, but you're the only girl I think is worth paying attention to."
I picked up a piece of paper.
"So I wrote you this poem to tell you that..."
My hands stiffened up and my throat constricted. I had no control over anything I was doing. My eye misted over and they turned from green to black and my mouth dropped open.

Twelve teens small and tall,
Will work together but one will fall.
There is one who speaks of 'Kris Pop'.
The dark is where they hip-hop.
Look far and wide and skip a trip,
Search in the sun, and find the blimp.
Not everything will meet the eye,
And the evil ones, won't say goodbye.
Soon if the twelve succeed,
The end can be prevented and the golden blood won't bleed.
