Chapter thirteen

June's prov

You may now kiss the bride the man said as Cole kissed me with his soft lips. I present to you for the first time Mr and Mrs Cole Phillips. We turned around his hand in mine to face the small crowd of people that attended the wedding as they cheered for us as we walked down the aisle. His hand let go of mine as we reached the car and he opened the door for me and helped me in the simple beautifully decorated car. He closed the door and ran around to the drivers side. I looked at him with a smile I haven't shown in years and asked him if he was ready to start our lives together, he nodded and held his hand out for me to hold. We sped off away from the small flower garden we just vowed to love and fight for each other for the rest of our lives together. As we drove off I looked at him and asked where we were going to spend our honeymoon, he just smiled at me and said that its a surprise. I smiled back at him and closed me eyes to think of where he could be taking us. All of a sudden I heard a huge crush sound and we flipped a few times then everything went blank.

       My eyes flew open and sat up panicking, I felt a hand on my shoulder rubbing it and I looked over to see a scared looking Cole asking if I was alright. I looked around to see he was parked on the side of the highway. I jumped up on him and wrapped my arms around him as tight as I could and I started to cry. I was so happy that we were okay, I was so happy that he was alive, that we didn't crash that he was still the same man I love.

       He pulled back and asked me what I was dreaming about. I looked him in the eyes and said you, Cole Phillips are the love of my life and I wouldn't have it any other way. He gave me a kiss on the forehead and we both sat back down and he started to drive off in the direction we were going.

       Where are we? How long have we been on the road?  I asked as I looked at him with a puzzled look on my face. He looked at me and just asked me if I was hungry. I gave up because I knew that he wouldn't answer me, so I just said yes I'm a little bit hungry. He told me that the bag in the floor had some food in it.

     I opened it and pulled out a bag of banana chips. I started eating them and asked Cole what we were going to do when we get where we were going. He looked at me and said well I will try and find a job so we can get a small apartment to live in and we may do as we please. He smiled that smile at me that makes me weak in the knees it drives me crazy.

        I turned on the radio and my favorite song by Katy Perry came on and as I was singing along and dancing to it Cole was laughing at me. Soon enough he joined me in singing and dancing to the radio and we were having fun with it. This is my favorite thing about him if I'm looking stupid doing something but I'm having fun he will join in with no problem. He is sweet, goofy and smart and I love him with all my heart, I didn't tell him exactly what happened in my dream because I don't want him to freak out over my dream.
