Asking

For the past month Laurence has been so clingy. He's been hugging me nonstop. When I worry about something he kisses me more than usual and takes me to get ice cream. Finally April. A nice rainy month. And the last weekend of April... PROM. Ive been thinking about what to do for prom. Jess already got asked by Aaron ( no surprise) KC got asked by Jackson. Katlyn by some Junior. And Lucinda got asked by Ryan. All its left is me. I couldn't got unless a Juninor or a senior asked me. It was about 3 weeks till prom. I was at my locker at lunch putting away books. " ~Luna!" I turn around to see KC, Jess, And Lucinda. " Oh hey you guys! What's up?" They both give quick glances to each other. I still being confused asks why. " Oh nothing dear! We just need some help with something. Outside." Lucinda says starting to sweat more. " Well its lunch guys and Laurence promised me he would....." I got interrupted by them making puppy eyes at me. I sigh. " Okay fine lets go." They scream YAY and take me to a spot outside I've never seen. It's a garden full of beautiful flowers. Then ivy covers a gate way to look like a door. The girls stop me. " What's going on" I laugh a little. They open the ivy and i see a place full of my favorite flowers. Jacobsladders. I almost cry when my vision turns dark. I start to panic then quickly i get picked up from the back. I get turned around to see Laurence. I feel my hoodie and he put a Jacobsladder in there. I smile and cry at the same time. Laurence wipes away my tears. He takes my hand. " This excuse for a prince would like to take you to prom. Would you be my princess?" I nod and hug him as tight as I could. I could also notice that he is crying to. I detach our hug I put my hand on his cheek. " Your no excuse for a prince.... your my prince. You save me from my tower every time. I know you will never leave me." I say kissing him. I felt tears going down his eyes and on to me. I quickly wipe them away. " Why are you crying my prince?" I ask worried.
" Nothing! I'm just glad i have such an amazing girlfriend." He hugs me. He buries my head. I think i know why. To hear him not cry? Over what? Maybe this is his first prom! I gotta make it special.
