Then when they pulled apart Gilbert snuggled into his lover and slowly fell asleep.

Matthew played with the white hair of his partner for twenty years. Then he reached under pillow and pulled out a simple steel ring and slowly placed it on Gilberts left finger.

This was an awesome proposal.
