Wowie! Its been a while. So. Hows your day been? Anywho. Enjoy!

I slowly open my eyes. Gah, everything hurt. I felt like I couldn't move. As my eyes adjusted to the light I travled my gaze around the room, guessing I was in the medicine den. I slowly lifted my head to see Creampond, Softhollow and Miststar yalking quietly in the corner.

"Hey." A mew greeted me and I whipped my head arouns to see the calico tom known as Patchpaw. I smile, he was always so nice to me.

"I suggest you don't move. Your front paw is broken and both your back paws are sprained." My eyes widened at my injuries. There were so many! Patchpaw must have noticed my shock, "Miststar says you landed paws first, and they didn't absorb the force of the fall."

Still didn't help. I tried to motion How long was I asleep? To him. It kind of worked. I gave Patchpaw a small smile in apology.

"If you're trying to say what I think your trying to say, you were out for about a day." Patchpaw answered, he pushed a black seed towards me. "This is a poppy seed. It will help with the pain."

I lapped up the poppy seed eagerly, now noticing the cobwebs wrapped around my paws. Branches were on both sides of each leg. My attention turns as I look to see Miststar and Softhollow approaching me.

"Are you okay? I was so worried!" Softhollow covered my head in licks, smoothing my fur down.

"She's fine." Patchpaw assured, "Just a moon or two of healing and rest would do her well."

I flattened my ears. A moon or two? I'd miss the Gatherings and training!

"Alright." Creampond padded up to us, she looked to me. "Would you like visitors?"

I nod my head gratefully. *I wonder if Echopaw, Ripplepaw or Weaselpaw will visit!*

"Alright. Now get some rest." Patchpaw nodded his head and ushered my mother and mentor out of the den.

A young silver tabby padded into the den, looked around until she spotted me. "Silentpaw! I heard what happened, are you okay?"

I nod my head and touch my nuzzle to my sister's cheek. I guestered to my paws. "Oh my! I hope you get better soon."

"Echopaw!" a she-cats mew sounded from outside the den.

"Sorry," Echopaw apologized and scattered out of the cave. I let out a sigh and rest my head on my non-broken paw.

Soon a familiar pelt walked into the den, and up to me. "Hey," Weaselpaw asked. "How you doing?"

I shot him a glance then looked at the bandaged paws that belonged to a silent cat. "Figured." He chuckled and hopped into the nest. He layed down next to me, letting out a purr. I silently purred and soon fell asleep, to his soft licks.

I woke up to a cat wrapped around me. I looked at the cat, not expecting who it was. Ripplepaw was sleeping right next to me. I thought Weaselpaw was here. I looked around for the black and brown tom. He was no where to be seen.

"Are you looking for Weaselpaw?"  Ripplepaw's mew interupted my thoughts. I turned my head to him, tilting it. "He went hunting, so I traded spots with him. I hope you don't mind."

I shook my head. Ripplepaw was a good friend, so I didn't mind. Ripplepaw stood up, "I better go check with Ashmask. Get better."

I watched him leave the den. I licked my chest fur. He was too nice.

I shakily stood up. I had been confined to the medicine cat den for a moon. A moon of visits from my family, Ripplepaw and Weaselpaw. And one teasing visit from Lionpaw. As I leaned against Patchpaw, getting used to walking, I wondered when the next Gathering was.

"Patchpaw!" Creampond entered the den. "How's Silentpaw? Miststar wants her to go to the gathering."

"She's doing good. With help, sure." Patchpaw answered, my ears perked. I was going to the gathering! Yes! "But, more exercises."

My shoulders sagged. The only exercise that didn't hurt was walking, I could put pressure on my other paws. *Great.*

"Alright. I'll go tell Miststar." Creampond disappeared outside the den again.

"Don't look so sad. Now come on, try and walk over there without me." I looked at Patchpaw as if he was insane. I took a deep breath and walked over to the other side of the den, falling down once.

"Good job!" a familiar voice sounded behind me. Weaselpaw. He padded up to me, and I leaned against him. "Are you going to the Gathering?"

I nod my head. "Darn. I'm not." Weaselpaw sighed. I gave him a lick on the shoulder.

"Alright, can you help Silentpaw with her exercises? I need to sort the herbs." Patchpaw asked. When Weaselpaw nodded, Patchpaw disappeared into the herb area.

I stood at the entrance to camp, leaning against Echopaw, who was going. Miststar signaled us to leave, and the total six of us followed our leader.
