"hey guys, this is jimin. uh, obviously tae you already know him. jimin, this is seokjin."

jimin bowed to the older boy with a smile. "and, uh, where is yoongi?" namjoon stuttered awkwardly, resting his hands on the table of the restaurant.

"late, as usual," seokjin answered bluntly and looked through the menu, "he fell asleep."

"of course he did."

"he's on his way, though!"

namjoon smiled, "what's everyone getting?"

just looking at food choices made jimin uncomfortable. he knew he had to eat in front of the guys.

what a great impression to make on someone by not eating food their paying for.

"hi, thanks for buying me food, but you see, i'm on a diet for my boyfriend, so-"

"jimin? i asked you what you wanted," seokjin stammered awkwardly, snapping the younger out of his trance.

"just a chocolate mud cake, thanks," jimin decided with a small fake smile. "okay."

"man, yoongi better get here soon, i'm starving!" .

"well, well, well. who's this, guys?"
