jungkook should have felt jealous watching yoongi helping jimin walk to his car. but he didn't.

he should have felt jealous when jimin kissed yoongi on the forehead with a small thank you. but he didn't.

he didn't,

because he knew he'd already lost him.

jungkook was used to rejection. he always wasn't sure what he did wrong. but in this case, he knew exactly how he fucked up.

he knew if he really wanted to be forgiven, jimin would forgive him. because thats who jimin was.

he was sweet, kind and naive, but awfully manipulative.

he didn't want to use him like he knew he had been used before.

"okay, sir you're good to go," the nurse smiled as she finished tying the bandage. "where did hoseok even go?" jimin mumbled, looking up at yoongi.

"the fuckwit ran. he won't show his face back here again, jimin. don't worry," yoongi replied with a sigh. "thank you, by the way."

"you should be thanking jungkook. i'm useless."

"you weren't. but thanks for reminding me," jimin got up from the chair and went outside to thank jungkook.

"h-hey, kooks.." he started awkwardly.

"i don't want you to forgive me. you don't have to. you can go off with yoongi, because i know you feel something for him. you have the right to. i was a dick. i didn't realise i made you do.. all that and-"

jimin hugged jungkook, "thank you for saving me," he interrupted, before flushing red. "you're forgiven."

of course i am, jungkook thought to himself.

"but about us.. i think.." jimin bit his lip.

"i think we should break up."

i really dont like this book
it had potential but i fucked it up
i also unpublished addiction bc i have a new story that will be coming out soon and i hope y'all will check it out.. maybe?
