Chapter 18: A Few Months Later

(Y/n) POV:

It's been a few months since I became pregnant. The second we told the people who didn't know they were freaking out. Shark, Ak, and Ghetto freaking fainted! We all laughed so hard. But they were happy to have another member of the family join us. I was too. It's been 6 months since then and I am GIGANTIC!!! I swear this child will be the death of me.

Nick and I have been baby formula at the abandon shopping mall nearby the White House. Nick won't let me do anything, neither will anyone else because of the baby. We still have been trying to pick baby names....so far if it's a boy we name him Ethan, and if it's a girl we name her Maddie. I hope a guy because I'm not wanting to tell her about her first period......

But anyway right now Nick had told me to meet him near the garden in front of the White House. I soon arrived and saw Nick with a can of peaches! I wobbled to him and took them. "Hey, my peaches!" He laughed. "You sure you wanna argue with pregnant women? Because you will lose." I said sassy and had my hands on my hip. But I laughed. He did too. "Um no thanks, I heard pregnant women are scary..." he said. "You guessed it right." So what did you need me out here for?" I asked. "Well... I wanted to sing you a song, and relax. We never get to relax in the Apocalypse so why not?" He said. He then went behind a tree and grabbed an old guitar. He started to tune it and strum beautiful beats. Then he started to sing

Nick had finished. "Nick that was beautiful...." I said hugging him. I then saw Adam, Aelin, Jess, Shark, Ghetto and Jin. They all stood in front of us. Nick then went down on one knee. He took out an (f/c) box. "(Y/n) ever since I met you, I never want to leave. I am always by your side when things get rough, hard or just plain cruddy!" I heard everyone laugh at that, so did I. "(Y/n) can you promise to be by my side till the day I die? Will you marry me?" Asked Nick opening the (f/c) box that held a diamond ring, that was surrounded by tiny diamonds. "N-nick of course!" I yelled and jumped into his arms. "Woohoo!" Yelled everyone. I then cupped Nick's face in my hands and gave him the most passionate kiss yet

No one will take Nick or my child from me. They will have to get through my dead body.
