AN-Alright so I'm making a huge time jump. Also I know I ain't updated in a while and I'm sorry for that.
Enjoy

*2 months after movie*

Finally. The day Nick had been waiting for. Movie Night.
It was an occasion that Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps had started doing every Friday after work.
The two would have he weekend off and could stay up all night and just hang out.
After the night howler case, Nick and Judy were always seen together so it wasn't difficult to believe that some of the ZPD employees already thought they where a couple.
Like, when Nick was getting coffee in the break room and Frank asked how long they had officially been together.
Or when Judy was down in records to get a file and Carle asked her if Nick's 'thing' fit.
There where a lot of wild questions that would lead to Nick and Judy explaining that they weren't together. Then at the end of the day Nick would drive Judy home and the two wouldn't even mention what was said.
That is probably why Nick loved Friday so much. He could just hang out with his best friend and no one would make fantasies about the two.
But this was the truth. Although they wouldn't admit it because of 'fear', Officer Hopps and Officer Wilde where in love with each other.
But Nick never really thought about it.
   And Judy didn't either.
###
"Alright, Slick. What you want?" Judy asked the fox in the kitchen making a big bowl of popcorn.
"I was thinking about a scary movie!" Nick replied with a grin.
"Alright. You ain't choosing the movie. What about a romantic comedy?"
   "Really, Carrots?"
"Yes. I love Rom-Coms. And I know that you do too."
   "What do you mean?"
"Well, last week, when we watched 50 first dates, I saw you crying."
   "What?!?"
   "Yeah. You were crying."
"Shit. Now you probably think I'm a big pussy. I mean it was a sad moment."
"Oh. Come on Nick. I thought it was cute," Judy said giggling.
"Carrots, in a guy. I'm not supposed to be 'cute' or 'sensitive'. I gotta be tough and manly."
"Oh please. Being a hard ass doesn't get you anywhere."
"It's helped me for 28 years."
"How do you know 'that' was the reason."
   "Because it just was."
"Wow. Whatever slick. You know, girls like sensitive guys," the rabbit said with a wink.
"Whatever, Carrots. So what did you want to watch."
Judy then grabbed a movie from behind her and revealed it to be 'Sleepless in Zootopia'.
   "Are you serious?!?"
"I thought you loved this movie Nick. I mean you cried in this one too and said it was an amazing movie."
"Alright. Just put the God forsaken movie in."
The two then watched the movie, and Nick loved it. The movie was great. But what was even greater was when Nick felt something cuddling up to him. It was Judy.
She just leaned into his side and layed her as the movie played.
Nick didn't say nothing but didn't want this opportunity to go to waist.
Slowly and Carefully, Nick started to play with the tips of Judy's long rabbit ears.
Doing this caused Judy to moan in pleasure.
After a while the end of the movie came and the credits rolled.
Nick cursed himself when Judy got up to turn the TV off.
"Well, that was a great movie, Carrots. I think I should go. It's pretty late."
   "Are you sure Nick?"
"Yeah. You know I need my beauty sleep," Nick said with a smirk.
   "Ok. Goodnight Slick."
   "Goodnight Carrots."
And like that he fox was gone, and drove home.
###
   "Dammit Judy!"
The bunny was looking in the mirror at herself and just cursed herself,"There you where. In Nick Wildes embrace, and you did NOTHING but moan like a little bitch. God, I'm stupid! And why wouldn't Nick take charge. Can the fox not take a hint."
Judy Just threw herself on the bed and went to sleep angry at herself for the failed attempt.
###
   "Dammit Nick!"
The fox was in the same state as Judy was was pissed at himself,"She was cuddling up with you. And you did nothing. All you could do is play with one of her ears like a creep. What the hell fox. Why didn't you take charge of it."
Nick finally got tired of yelling at himself and went to sleep on the couch. The fox didn't even have the nerve to go to his room. He was just tired.
====
The next day, Nick woke up with a headache, an upset stomach, and felt like he was dying.
Because of this Nick just stayed on the couch. He didn't want to get up.
So as the sick fox layed there with nothing to do his mind went to the bunny. His bunny.
It was about noon went Nicks phone rang.
   "Yeah?"
"Nick. It's Judy. Where are you? I've been at the pizza place for an hour now."
'Shit' Nick was supposed to meet her there after agreeing to it Wednesday.
"Carrots, I'm so sorry. I woke up Sick and just forgot."
   "What's wrong with you Slick?"
"I just woke up with a headache and an upset stomach. Nothing to be worried about."
"Don't worry, Nick. I'll be there soon."
"Carrots, you don't have to worry about that."
"Nick Wilde. Do not tell me what to do. You are my partner, best friend, and family I will not let you sit in your apartment alone while your sick."
"Carr-" Nick started but couldn't finish because the phone hung up.
###
Judy got to Nicks place 30 min. after the call, and she felt sorry for the fox when she saw how miserable he was.
The bunny checked his temperature and everything else then went to the kitchen to make him some soup. It would help.
After Nick finished Judy looked at him and said,"Are you alright there?"
"I'm better now that I got my favorite rabbit with me," Nick winked.
"Well I would suggest you didn't get up. I gotta do something and I'll be back soon. I got someone to watch over you though," Judy winked back.
"Carrots, I don't need Finnick to watch me. He'll just go to sleep."
"It's not Finnick you dumb fox."
Judy then walked out the door and in came an older female fox. She looked at Nick with a emotionless expression so it was hard to tell what she was thinking.
   "Mom?"
   "Yeah sweets. It's me."
"You sly ass bunny!" Nick yelled.
"You dumb ass fox!" Judy yelled back.
"Sweets don't call her that!" Nick mother warned," she is the reason I'm here."
   "Why are you here?"
"Judy, had told me how you wanted to see me so you could tell me something. But after what you did I didn't think you would have the courage to tell me."
"Mom there is something I wanted to tell you. But I don't know how."
"Nicky, I am your mother and I will love you no matter what. Whatever you want to say, say it from the heart."
The fox took a deep breath and said,"Mom, I'm so sorry for what I did. I was stupid and I shouldn't have stole from you. You were the only one who was there for me back then. Ever sense I left you I kept thinking about dad and he walked away from you. I felt so worthless and guilty. I couldn't imagine looking into your eyes at the disappointment. I didn't think I deserved you. So I stayed to myself and became a hustler. I spent a lot of years with no one by my side. I was alone and would always think about you, and how much I hurt you. How much you probably hated me. And that's when a cute little bunny came into my life almost a year ago. And she's the reason I am who I am now. I changed my ways in a way that I thought you would be proud of me and would consider having us try again." Nick was close to crying and his mother was on the verge also. That's when the fox reached into his back pocket and pulled out his police badge to hand it to his mom.
"Oh Nicky. You always have a home with me. You know that. I'm in more proud of you than I could ever imagine."
The two foxes hugged each other and held each other for a while.
   "So. What about Judy?"
   Nick pulled away and said,"What?"
"How long have y'all been together?"
   "Mom. We are not dating."
"Could've fooled me. She talked about you the entire way here as if she loved you. I think you two would make a perfect couple."
    "Mom. Please."
"Alright then baby. I'll leave it at that."

AN-So, I guess this was alright. I had some fun writing this. A little fluff, anger, and sadness.
But that's all I got for now.
Till Next Time.....
