There's a lot of change coming and nobody is going to be ready for it.
It's a build up of time, choices, and mistakes.P.O.V: Veonica
Veronica wakes in Juice's bed in the clubhouse, he is fast asleep beside her. Even in his sleep, she could sense his stress. She sighs, standing and slipping on some shorts before walking out into the hall. It was quiet, but she could feel the dull pressure of a hangover pressing against her skull. She slipped into the bathroom to relieve herself and freshen up a bit.
Veronica came out by the bar and could smell fresh coffee being made. She saw Rick and he gave her a nod, "want a cup? It's almost ready."
"Yes, please," she said, sitting at the bar stool. "You doing okay?"
He glanced over, knowing what she was really asking about. Jax covering up his betrayal. He was lucky. Damn lucky, but she didn't need to know how fucking scared he was, "I'm fine."
She sensed his lack of response, but didn't press him further. "Is there eggs in the fridge?" She asked.
He made a noise before pulling open the door of the fridge and glancing in, "Nope. We got milk and some cheerios if you want that," he passed looking at the end date on the milk, "never mind on the milk. Went bad a week ago."
"I guess I'll just start with coffee," she said, "maybe I'll drag Juice go breakfast if the club doesn't need him."
"I haven't heard anything so if you get him up now you should be good," he said, pouring her a cup and bringing it over to her.
"Thanks," she said, "did you want to come? To breakfast?" She asked, taking a sip of her black coffee.
He shook his head, "I should be here if Jax needs me. Just in case, ya know?"
"Sure, of course," she said, standing up, "well, let me know if you change your mind in the next ten minutes." She gives him a small smile before heading back to Juice's dorm room. She closed the door behind her and climbed onto her old man. "Baby," she said into his ear. He stirred a bit, but his eyes didn't open. "Baby, wake up. I want food," she kept talking lightly into his ear.
He groaned finally and opened his eyes reluctantly, "you're waking me up for food? Really?" She nodded, smiling. He shook his head and rolled on top of his old lady. "How badly do you want food?" He smirked devilishly.
"You're brother is right outside..." She said reluctantly. Sure, she'd love to fool around with her old man, but she didn't want Rick to change his mind and come into their room.
"So?" Juice asked, glancing at the door, "we can lock it..."
"I invited him to breakfast. He said no because of Jax, but he could change his mind," she pauses, "I just don't want him to change his mind and find us messing around instead."
He groans and rolls off the bed, "you owe me, missy."
"Yes, sir," she laughs, "toss me my bra would you?" He does and heads to the bathroom. She stares after him. Her hand went to her chain and she pulled out her ring.

Juice and Veronica had just ordered their food. Veronica had been mostly quiet thus far and Juice had noticed. "What's wrong?"
"Nothing. It's just that I think I'm ready to make our engagement public. And this might be morbid thinking, I want Ricky to be there. You know... just in case this thing with Jax fails," she pauses, "and I'm done not being married to you. It's all that I really want. The club stuff and getting out of Charming and everything is secondary to that fact. All I want is to be Veronica Ortiz. Your fricking wife."
