The next day I woke up at 6:00 am, the usual for me - I take a lot of time getting ready in the morning, even though we have uniforms - had breakfast, got ready for another day at school and waited for the bus. The hours went by as well as the classes and when the bell rang at 16:35 the weekend was knocking at my door.
I got off the bus at St. Patrick's for Boys and waited there for my ride home. I was walking in circles with Willow when I saw Ben at the gate talking with his friend.
- It's her! I told you it was her! - he said.
-Which one? - Sam asked.
-The one with the fur on the jacket!
In that precise moment I walked through the gate and...
-Hi! I thought I knew you from somewhere! We are in the same church group right? - I asked trying not to look like a stalker.
-Yah! Violet right? Let me introduce myself formally will you?
-We've actually met before, but sure!
-I'm Ben and this is my best friend Sam!
-Nice meeting you both! - the car honked - So my ride is here! See you tomorrow?
-Yes! Sure! - he tried to act cool, but he could't hide it from me.
As I got in the car and slowly left St. Patrick's for Boys I started texting Sky telling what had happened.

-Sky! Remember that subject I told you about yesterday?
-Yes! What happened? - she asked.
-So... Willow and I were walking in circles when I heard two boys ate the gate talking about us!
-And...? Tell me you are killing me with so much suspense!0Okay! Okay! Do you know Ben and Sam? Well... Ben and I are in the same church group and he was talking to Sam (aka is best friend) about me saying, and I quote: "It's her! I told you it was her!".
-OMG! Vi! You know what that means right?
-No...?
-Vi! Don't be so naive! That means that he kinda has a crush on you!
-It does? - I asked a little bit insecure.
-Yes! It means that he already told his friends about you and also told them to stay away from you!
-I guess! He introduced me to Sam is best friend, I guess that's something!
-Are you kidding me? Obviously that's something! - she said. I don't know how but I was able to feel her excitement when I told her everything.
