1.Raspberry and white chocolate cupcake.
Vanilla cupcake batter swirled raspberry coulis with White choc chips. With raspberry coulis inside and whipped White choc ganache, drizzled with raspberry coulis.
2.Turkish delight cupcake
Chocolate cupcake with Turkish delight(rose water) flavoured icing with chopped Turkish delight pieces on top
3.Lemon meringue cupcake
Pastry or Biscuit base with vanilla cupcake with lemon rind in the batter lemon curd filling and meringue icing that's blowtorched
4.Chocolate salted caramel cupcake
Chocolate cupcake filled with salted caramel filling and chocolate caramel dual colour icing which is drizzled with chocolate and a light sprinkling of coarse sea salt
5.Mint choc chip cupcakes
Chocolate cupcake filled with chocolate and mint sprinkles with mint icing and mini choc chips on top
6.Basic red velvet
Red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting and red sprinkles
7.Black Forest cupcake
Chocolate cupcake with cherry filling white or very light pink icing to top with shaved chocolate and a cherry
8.Carrot cake cupcake
Carrot cupcake (fruit optional) with cream cheese icing and filled with some crushed walnuts
9.rainbow cupcake
Vanilla rainbow cupcake with buttercream and sprinkles
10.Coconut cupcake
Coconut cake with lemon curd filling and vanilla buttercream topped with toasted coconut
11.Chocolate strawberry cupcake
Chocolate cupcake filled with strawberry coulis with choc swirl buttercream and topped with chopped strawberries drizzled with strawberry coulis and chocolate sauce
12.Cookies and cream cupcake
Oreo base, Vanilla cupcake with cookie pieces filled with chocolate sauce and iced with cookie crumb buttercream
13.Snickers cupcake
Chocolate cupcake with caramel and peanuts inside iced with buttercream drizzled with chocolate sauce and caramel sprinkled with nuts and topped with a little slice of snickers
