Chapter 5: I'm Not Stalking Her!

Jungkook's POV (from when he met Mark)

After we got back from our long road trip, all seven of us (not including So-Min) crashed in the living room. Namjoon and Jin-Hyung were sitting at the dinner table, Jimin was sleeping next to Yoongi and Taehyung and I were flopped on the couch.  So-Min was putting away our gifts from the fans and cleaning up. I wanted to tell her to rest, she looked exhausted. "S-." I started. "Who wants to go grocery shopping with me?" She asked. All of my Hyungs averted their eyes and awkwardly mumbled to each other. Sighing, I raised my hand. Don't get me wrong! Girls shouldn't go out alone, right?

"I c-can." I stuttered stupidly. She smiled. "Alright. You're not tired though. "I'll-." Jimin jumped on to me. "Kookie-ah! You said you'd help me!" Clicking my tongue, I glared at him. "With what?" "You already like her? Don't want to make anymore scandals." He whispered. I pushed him off of me and turned to So-Min who continued to talk, "It's okay. I'll go by myself. She waved then left.

30 minutes passed and So-Min still hasn't come back. "Jungkookie! Jungkookie-ah! Go look for So-Min." Jin-Hyung told me. I groaned but nodded.

I walked to the nearest grocery store, assuming she went to it. As I turned the corner, I saw her walking towards me...with another guy?

He had dark hair and he looked foreign. He was tall and skinny-WAIT! As I look down at his hand, I realized he was holding something; So-Min's hand. An unknown burning feeling started up in me but I ignored it. Panicking, I hid behind a wall and watched them. I'm not eavesdropping! I'm just listening to their conversation...

"Can I walk you to your place?" I heard the guys voice. "Of course." She said it so sweetly...She never talks to us like that. (Bro, you just met her...) A couple of girls passed by them giggling about cute a couple they were...ugh. "What are you doing in Seoul?" So-Min asked. "I auditioned for that group I told you about." He said. I got bored of their conversation and went on my phone until I heard their voices get louder then I decided to jump out of hiding. I mean, I wasn't hiding really...I wasn't stalking her!

"So-Min?" I asked as if I bumped into her. AGAIN! I WASN'T STALKING! I heard her boyfriend whisper something to her which made her giggle. Rolling my eyes, I crossed my arms and walked closer. "What are you doing here Jungkook? It thought you had to help Jimin-Oppa with something." So-Min asked. "You weren't coming back so I came to check on you." I walked closer. I was glaring at their hands. Their hands were intertwined together and Mark was stroking her hand with his thumb. "I see...Ah! Jungkook, this is Mark. He's my best friend and Mark, you know who his is." She laughed. I bowed slightly and he bowed as well. "Well I guess this is where we part." Mark smiled warmly at So-Min. She nodded sadly and hugged him. It was such a long hug, if they're best friends, why are they holding hands and hugging? "I'll come visit you." She hugged tighter. "You better." They let go and he ruffled her hair.

"Your best friend huh?" I blurted out. "Yep." She said. "Do best friends hold hands? You looked like a couple to me." I asked. I was a little annoyed. She furrowed her eyebrows. "Mark and I are close. But we're not dating anymore." She shook her head.

As we entered the dorm, we could hear Taehyung-hyung's whining immediately, (Taehyung-hyung 😂) "SoMin-ah! It's been days...I'm starving!" "She was with her 'boyfriend'". I said sarcastically. So-Min was glaring at me. "He's not my boyfriend. He is my best friend." I rolled my eyes again. There's no way they're just friends.

"Kookie Kookie!" Jimin-Hyung whispered me to come over. "What?" I asked. "Boyfriend huhh?" He smirked. "Yeah, some guy named Mark." "Hohooo. Someone's jelly~" Jimin patted my head. "I'm not, shut up." I punched him lightly. I went to my spot in the living room and opened up my phone. Also secretly watching So-Min cook. AGAIN! NOT A STALKER. She smiled while cooking and also liked to sing quietly. By the looks of it she was singing our song: I Need U. Chuckling, I went on Instagram and saw Yoongi-Hyung's post from the other day. AgustD_Suga: "Secretly took a video of our new manager singing. Please be kind to her." Plugging in my headphones, I listened to her voice. Her voice was actually beautiful...
