I threw on a black silk tank top with lace on it and a pair of dark blue "Miss Me" jeans and platform flip flops. I didn't want to be overdressed or underdressed. I done my makeup in my normal foundation and eyeliner with some dark eyeshadow and mascara. I then threw on some light pink lip gloss. It was simple, but still looked good. I dried my hair with the blow dryer and curled it just a little bit to make it wavy. A few minutes after unplugging the curling iron, I heard the doorbell. He was here and my stomach was in knots. I grabbed my purse and set the house alarm. I then shut off all the lights and went to the door and opened it. There stood my knight in shining armor-I mean FP-and Jughead.

"Hello again." I smiled, stepping out of the house. I shut and locked the door behind me.

"Hello to you, gorgeous." FP said and winked at me.

"Dad, you're crazy." Jughead said, rolling his eyes. He then walked up to the truck and opened the passenger side door.

"Your chariot awaits, Miss." FP laughed and walked around to the other side of the truck. I climbed in the truck and scooted in to the middle and Jughead got in after me.

FP started the truck and I watched his hand as he turned the key. I'm a big weirdo, I already knew this. I can't help it when I have a thing for a man's hands. He had nice hands, masculine hands. I hoped I wasn't drooling. After starting up the truck, FP put his arm over the back of the seat and glanced over at me. I smiled nervously, but I didn't look at him. The ride to the diner was awkwardly silent. Jughead was texting someone, I would guess it was his girlfriend, Betty. I couldn't say anything, I was too nervous and I've never been nervous before. At least not to the point of being speechless. FP just drove focused on the road and periodically would look over at me. I wondered what the hell he could have been thinking...

~FP's Point of View~

We were almost to the diner now and I didn't say a word to her and she didn't say anything to me. She just sat there smiling like a little school girl. Hell, she wasn't that far off really. She was beautiful and obviously very smart, but also very young. The moment I saw her in that classroom today, I knew I wanted her more than I have ever wanted any woman. Even more than I ever wanted my ex-wife. Could a young woman like this even consider a guy like me? Hell, she's probably already afraid of me and that's why she isn't speaking to me. Juggy over there is in his own world texting his girl. I'm happy for him. I glanced over to catch her looking up at me, she quickly looked away and I probably grinned from ear to ear. Just then we pulled into the parking lot of the diner. I parked the truck and shut it off and got out. Jughead got out and shut the door. He got distracted and then I saw him greet his girlfriend. That's why, poor kid doesn't know how to act and forgets things. Helena then looked up at me as if she was asking permission to come out of my side of the truck.

"Well, come on girl. Don't be shy, I don't bite. Hard." I laughed and she then climbed out. She stumbled a little on the way and I caught her.

"I'm sorry, I'm just nervous I guess. I don't know why. Probably because I haven't been here before and I don't really know you. Plus, I haven't been out much really since I moved here." She said, looking up at me. She had the most beautiful eyes and facial features. I tried not to study her face for too long.

"That's alright, you're fine. No reason to be nervous with me. Come on, Jughead's getting away from us." I laughed. Jughead was inside with his friends already and when we walked in he got up and walked over to us. I looked over and saw his friends studying us. They were probably trying to figure out why their hot teacher was with me. Me being a smartass, I put my arm around her since they continued to stare.
